Roby is definitely the guy to take ANY of your carpet needs to. He is professional, honest and very knowledgeable with his craft.I took my oriental runner to another business that claimed to know how to handle and work on oriental rugs. That was a huge mistake on my part. Bauers carpet and oriental rug almost ruined my carpet, Roby saved it, rectified the damage Bauers did, and definitely brought it back to its original glory. Extremely happy with how clean the carpet turned out! I loved that it didn’t feel ‘overly wet’ when it was finished, yes it was still damp, but within 24 hours it felt dry. I also appreciated how professional Rob was. When he first showed up for the estimate, he was dressed in uniform and presented himself with his business card. The text messages that he is on his way are nice too. I would highly recommend and plan on using them again.

This Local, Family owned business did a GREAT job for me. Owner Roby, and his wife Angela, were easy to work with and flexible in helping me schedule a date for both the assessment and the cleaning. During the qoute and assessment visit, Roby was very thorough on his walk through and gave me lots of information on what he would be doing and why, while also suggesting which furniture I should move and other areas I might want to focus on. On Cleaning day he came early in the morning after I left for work, started the process and finished within 3 hours (2000 sq ft house, mostly carpeted). He cleaned the living room, bedrooms, closets, hallways, and area rugs, leaving the place looking and clean and smelling fresh. Roby offered great prices, was very respectful, and was great at communicating throughout the process. I will definitely be giving this family my business from now on. Thank you Twice as Nice!

We had our carpets cleaned before we moved into our home by another company and there were many discolored areas that they couldnt get clean. Roby made my carpet cleaner than it has ever been! I couldnt believe my eyes. Our carpet is 21 years old. Our main living and dining area light beige carpet was riddled with stains and spots that I had cleaned many times before myself and also had professionals clean in the past. We have a huge immediate family with numerous get togethers for all holidays and birthdays. IN THE PAST, after a cleaning, the carpet looked better but not great. There were always areas that looked dingy and spots that came back repeatedly. Nothing worked. Finally, fed up, I told my husband, we need new carpet!! It was truly disgraceful. He then suggested we try one more professional cleaning job. I did not expect good results and hated to put $$$ toward something that we were going to trash anyway. But, I called a trusted friend, who has a lovely home, for a recommendation. He recommended Twice as Nice. When he (Roby) arrived, he gave us the price up front. My husband and I then went upstairs to get out of his way. He took care of everything. He took a long time to clean the carpets. When he was finished, I came downstairs and was absolutely shocked! We now have no plans to get new carpet. I am still in awe of what he did to our carpet. The carpets are beautiful! Roby is a very kind,, thoughtful man who puts his all into doing a very high quality job. He also gave us helpful tips on how to keep the carpet looking good and provided us with spot cleaner. I wish there were MORE stars to give for Robys superior service. I was impressed before he even started cleaning the carpets when he vacuumed the house and put corner covers on the walls so the hoses would not mark the walls. He worked diligently and took the time needed to not only get out stains that other companies had failed to remove in the past, but also to pull out sofas from the wall and clean behind them. He is more concerned about doing the job right than with rushing through it. We look forward to using his service again next year!
