I own several rentals in the Anderson area. I have always had A to Z carpet cleaning do my homes, some more than once.As I live out of the area, I would always leave a key hidden so they could enter to clean the carpets.This particular home, I was able to meet with them, on site to let them in.My appointment was for 8am. Shortly before then, I received a call saying they were running behind, and would be there at 10am. They arrived shortly after 10, and said the carpets were going to need extra work and would require pretreatment at an additional charge of $30.00. I agreed to pay the extra, if that was there professional evaluation of the work needed to produce satisfactory results.As they were unloading their equipment, I told them I was going to run down to town and would be right back. I got back at 11am, and they were pack up and gone, totaling their time on site to 50 minutes, maybe less, as I did not see when they left.It is my opinion the I was a catch up customer, and probably was also on some of the previous jobs that I was not there.Well, when the carpets dried, most of the stains reappeared. When I talked to them about this, their answer was they would not charge the $30.00 pretreatment. But what about the stains???Well, I had to hire another company to do the job right, and they took the time as needed to do a great job, as the stains are not there anymore! So the stains could have been removed by A to Z if they took more pride in a job well done.My only advise to anyone who hires A to Z Carpet Cleaning is stay and watch them so they do a thorough job for you, and you do not become a catch up customer.

Ive had Anthony Zoll clean my carpets for at least 10 years. Im never disappointed in the detailed work he has done for me. A to Z pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they perform. I highly recommend you call them if youre in need of carpet cleaning.
