Damon was great. Arrived on time, was super efficient and professional. He took the time to explain about our carpet and what to expect from the cleaning. Most impressively even though I informed him that we would be replacing the carpet in the next 2-3 months he still did a very detailed cleaning!! Someone could have easily just done the bare minimum and called it good but not Damon! In my book that’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’ll recommend him and would hire him again!!

I have never worked with a carper cleaner / upholstery cleaner so dedicated. Everything is meticulously thought out and cleaned to perfection. I am very impressed with APlus Carpet Cleaning. Damon came out on a moments notice to deal with a dog emergency. Our pooch threw up in two different places and since it was dark orange (lasagna out of the trash). I thought it would never come out completely. Damon worked his magic and pooch stains are completely gone! Damon works hard to satisfy his customers and is polite and professional I will be calling him for all of my carpet cleaning needs!

I had gone through Swift management (my property management company at the time) to find carpet cleaning before I moved out. They gave me the info for this company. All went well until I got billed unexpectedly for smoking ciggerettes which I dont do. The property management was very unprofessional. But Damon the owner of A+ carpet cleaning was extremely accommodating. And made up for it 10 fold! I will be using him again if ever I need a cleaning and I highly recommend him.

They are great they have done my moms carpets for years.

Damon was friendly and very knowledgeable about his carpet care services. We had a big job for him in our opinion. He treated atleast 100 urine stains. He used a black light and enzyme treatment along with pet odor soaps. This carpet damage was not from us, but from a pervious rental tenant. The carpet has yet to dry and damon was confident the carpet will be nice after his treatment. We are very happy with his professionalism. He was on time and even reminded me he was coming. He has nice equipment that only required hoses to be brought through the house mainly.

I had my carpets cleaned by A Plus Carpet cleaning about a month ago and I am happy to say that the service was good, the carpets are still clean, and the price was right. I was so happy with the service I referred family and friends to A Plus Carpet and they have had great experiences too.

I had the worst experience with Damon, the owner of this company! I was moving in a new house I just purchased and scheduled him to do the carpets 2 weeks in advance so that they would be done the morning I got the keys. He totally flaked on me the morning he was supposed to clean the carpets and never called. I waited for 45 minutes...and he never showed. When I called his office the lady that answered the phone said he was sick & had been sick all week. He never had the courtesy to even call me so I could find someone else. I was then late for work, had to scramble to find someone else to clean them and was forced to move in late. Really sucked because I was so excited to move into the my new house :(
