I utilized Mr.Rod’s services for the second time in my house and can confidently recommend him for his professionalism, efficiency and affordable service in cleaning my rugs, carpet, and velvet sectional couch.

We had a customer track in footprints of grease throughout our office one day. We called Preferred Carpet just before a long holiday weekend. They were so kind to work us into their busy schedule, did a great job, for a great price. This is the second time they have helped us after an incident. The first time was when a bucket of paint was spilled all over our carpet the morning before our grand opening. They appeared at 7:30 AM and cleaned that before we opened. Great customer service.!

Rod is great! He has cleaned our carpets for many many years and we have never had a complaint from any of his work! He is thorough and has great equipment to get the deep clean.

Mr Rod was friendly and professional. Communication was great and the carpets looked better than when we moved in to this rental. We had a few pet stains he was able to treat and now youd never know we had pets in the home. Very fair price for the areas cleaned. Thank you!

Years ago I owned and operated a carpet cleaning company. So I know what is the best method for carpet cleaning. The hot water rotary extraction method used by Preferred Carpet Care is the ticket. I was neither surprised or disappointed in their work. I knew I would get a great job and I did!

Rod has been our go to guy for carpet cleaning! We used him 20 years ago and when we moved back to Redding in 2014, I was happy he was still in business and he is the only person I will call. After a bottle of red wine broke and spilled wine all over the rug and he was here that afternoon to clean up the mess and the rest of the house. Thank you, Rod, see you again next year... unless we have another wine emergency.

First they say they had to pre vacuum which is what every other person that I hired to clean my carpets. Then charged me almost double what they told me for one kknd of big room with two really small toosmall rooms (very small). I was referred this person but I would never refer them to anyone.

Great job. Got our worst stains out of the kids room from markers paint and slime and even a black water spot from an old fish tank. Thanks Preferred Carpet!
