My 6yo daughter had to have a tooth extracted. They were phenomenal. Cant say enough about how nice, accommodating, and efficient they were with the procedure. Highly recommend.

I was someone who feared the dentist and avoided going- until I met this team.. now I call to squeeze in extra appointments when I can! I had my teeth cleaned by Kelly at my first visit and she was so knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Logan is a DREAM.. so nice and empathetic and she explains everything as she goes. I wish I could have Ally by my side through all my life’s obstacles.. she makes me feel so calm and safe. Also, Jennifer at the front desk is so sweet and helped explain insurance information that I wasn’t sure about. It’s really just a great group of people. I feel like I’m coming home when I go. Hands down the best cleanings I have received in my life. Kind and friendly service every single time I go. You can tell that these folks care. Im not a big fan of dentists I went awhile without seeing one. I recently moved to a new area and had a tooth issue. I ended up doing a search and out of all of them ended up choosing this place all I can say is they are a great dentistry office. They helped me work threw my anxiety with the friendly staff I spend more time talking and learning then actually getting my teeth cleaned. They always try to accommodate my busy schedule. With all the covid stuff going on they have also improved there safety measures to make you feel easier about them cleaning your teeth. Easy going and clean buisness.

After not being to a dentist in 10 years, I definitely picked the right one to go back to. Dr Rouzer does great work and the staff is great. If you go in, you will be created by a smile and a good attitude.

Its been 6 years since I went to the dentist. American dental traumatized me and I ended up with cavities so finally I called this place in exeter and i was very nervous and my anxiety was through the roof! The staff made me feel very welcome. I set up 3 different appointments in the past 2 weeks not including a regular cleaning and each time I went the staff at the desk made me feel comfortable and my dental hygienist Kelly made me laugh so much! She is such a smart woman and explained a lot to me and very light with her hands when cleaning your teeth. I like that she had me wear safety glasses during my cleaning just to protect my eyes when cleaning from any bacteria that could affect your eyes. They knew how nervous I was and helped me through my fear. They are professional and nice but also keep a smile on your face. Tomorrow is my last visit for fillings and my nervousness is 100% gone. Honestly I dont plan on going anywhere else. Its definitely a family feeling type place and they are amazing people. They were very willing to help out with payment plans and my Dr was very nice and they are very encouraging and talk you through to make sure your comfortable. I love going in before my appointments and relaxing and having a few laughs with the girls at the front desk Debbie and Andrea always smiling, giving great information and always helping with your appointment needs. . All together I highly recommend this place for anyone.

I thought Rachel did a very good job. At the end of my cleaning I was told that Dr. Rouser was no longer there. I must say I was shocked that there was no announcement about his retirement and that the practice was taken over by another Dentist from Ephrata.This is not a good practice, imagine how I felt when another dentist came in to check my teeth. Also since there is not any Smiles Program anymore I would like a copy of the itemized charges for the various procedures. In addition, what if the person was in the Progam, does that money just go away ? Last question, it sounds like when you go for an appointment in the future, you will get the dentist and technician who are rotating to all 3 of the Practice Building? Is this correct?

Had my first visit yesterday. They were able to get me in the same day with a dental emergency. The office is beautiful, clean and inviting. I interacted with 5 different staff members when I was there and each of them was incredible. As someone who greatly dislikes going to the dentist, I generally have nothing good to say about them, but this place and people are fantastic. Both the rooms I was in had windows with manicured views and televisions on the wall to watch while work was being done. I highly recommend going here if you can even if you really dislike going to the dentist.

I am usually nervous with dentists but this office made me feel right at home. And took me right away to fix the issues I had. The hygienist was awesome and doctor rouzer was great had me on my way in no time. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience here. All staff members have been great to work with. Positive attitude, helpful, easy to communicate with. Ive found that in other locations, the staff members and receptionists have been an issue, but I have not had any here. Happy with the service and will continue coming here.

7/14/16 was my first visit to Exeter Family Dentistry. I found the receptionist very helpful and friendly. Their wasnt any wait time, I was immediately helped and introduced to the hygentist. The office is extremely welcoming and the staff are both professional and knowledgeable. I felt extremely at ease and the service was quite positive. The hygienist explained each procedure and frequently checked to see how I felt. The dentist was also friendly and patiently asked and answered all questions. I most certainly recommend the Exeter Family Dentist office and scheduled future cleaning visits in the next few months.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had an excellent experience. Kelly was very thorough, knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and Excellent Doctor!

I hadnt been to the dentist in a while, but Crystal made my experience the most pleasant and most comfortable one yet! She made sure I was informed and comfortable every time she explained or did something to my teeth and gums. Everyone is always friendly and nice at Exeter Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. At my last visit I had two fillings replaced. Dr. Rouzer is always gentle and says, let him know when your jaw is getting tired etc. I have had dentists who were rough with...giving novacaine, drilling the tooth, etc That is never the case here. In no time both fillings were removed and replaced. No problems with biting down.It seems odd to mark a dentist with a rating of loved it.. :-) But I would highly recommend Exeter Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.

My husband and i both had appointments with Dr. Rouzer. A Crown for the husband and cavity for myself. This was a new experience for me, i had not had one before. First let me start with The staff. They are wonderful! we have had our teeth cleaned twice now by Exeter Family Cosmetic Dentistry staff. We are new patience. They are probably the most gently hygienist i have come across. My husband states the same. Dr. Rouzer is the same. Gentle and after filling my tooth also filed my front teeth to look cosmetically better. Going beyond the call of duty, so to speak! My husband is half way through his crown work and is very happy with the experience. I am glad we chose them.

Kelly Meghaey was my dental hygienist today and it was a very pleasant visit! I was comfortable and usually dental visits are uncomfortable for me. She also provided me some information on other services the practice offers, so I will probably be inquiring about teeth whitening and possibly invisalign my next visit.

The last time I’ve been to a dentist was over 7 years ago. Terrible past experiences prevented me from going; until I decided to give Exeter Family & Cosmetic Dentistry a try. My first appoint to my most recent, I can say that I am thoroughly impressed with Dr Rouzer’s practice. He and his staff are beyond friendly, understanding of your needs and concern. The office and cleaning rooms are very neat and clean. I never thought it was possible to go back to a dentist because of past experiences but, Dr. Rouzer and his staff have proven me wrong. Highly recommended and I enjoy coming into the practice! Thank you again Dr. Rouzer and staff, you guys earned it!
