Doctor refused to give me anything more then ibuprofen for my wisdom teeth extraction. When I called he said because I’m a medical marijuana patient he believes I don’t need anything else besides Ibuprofen? Definitely getting the ACLU involved in this! Forgot to mention, I called and asked for his medical license number because I’m making a complaint and he refused to give it to me over the phone and said if I wanted it I had to come back to the office. Sure it’s 2021 during a covid pandemic and you want me to put myself at risk? Cool nice doctor..... NOT

Had a 10:30a appointment for my son in the pediatric suite; left still waiting to be seen at 11:35a. Im guessing that we missed our spot and they couldnt fit us anywhere between all the other patients who we watched walk in and then go before us.. Probably because it took 20 minutes after arriving to even be given the new patient paperwork.Good thing we were there early as requested!How long will my 2 year old and I sit waiting patiently after our appointment time? Hint: the answer is not over an hour.

I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth removed last summer. It was raining pretty hard when I got there. I was sitting in the chair waiting for my IV when the power went out. After a few minutes it never came back on. Thats when I realized this place doesnt have generators. I heard the man in surgery in the next room wake up from his anesthesia. The doctor continued operating while one of the assistants held a flashlight. I was told to go back to the waiting room, where I cancelled my surgery. I dont plan on returning.I also called a few times about what to do about taking my birth control before surgery and they never called me back.

Unprofessional and a joke. Schedule an appointment for me on the day it was closed, no left message to let me know theyll be closed and that Muhammad Ali ( the boxer) will do the surgery on my mouth lol. Never even sat in their chair to find out this place is a scam. Horrible place ever!!!!!

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit worried about my sons wisdom teeth surgery. Let me tell you it went amazing. He was done in no time. He had very little pain. The recovery nurse was super nice. We had a wonderful experience, even during Covid.

My boyfriend got his wisdom teeth out here last week! The surgery went great and fast was over in 40 minutes. My recovery is great no problems so far!

I have absolutely NOTHING nice or good to say about this place. Everyones standing on top of eachother. Social distancing guidelines definetly not met. Lets see they seem to NEVER get the paperwork your doctors fax them. Oh. And lets talk about how the Surgeon put on my paper that Im an IV user. Not sure if thats subjective or objective observation but Im SUPER curious to know. Save your breath and time. Dont go here.

I had two teeth extracted and the doctor and assistant were very professional and the treatment I received overall was outstanding. Extractions are painful and take some time (Ive had an extraction before). I was very pleased with the time it took (less than half hour) for my surgery. The office is very sanitary and clean as well. Im seeing some bad reviews which I dont understand because this business actually cares about everything they are doing to your teeth. Staff is nice, doctor knows exactly what he was doing. Wait times are good, I was in and out. I couldnt have been happier with the location I picked. I would definitely recommend this place if you need dental care of any kind.

They have been rescheduling my appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted for several months. I have been in pain for months. I am currently scheduled to have an extraction on Friday. It is very unprofessional. I have no other options, due to insurance, transportation and the person coming with me. My wisdom teeth are impacted and if they are not extracted soon they will cause damage to my other teeth. Whoever is in charge needs to keep the appointment because this is severely impacting my life and health.

I don’t understand why this place has such low ratings (maybe from previous owners). I went today (January 29, 2018) for a consultation and left with a good impression. The staff and technicians were extremely nice. The doctor was brief but explained treatment, procedure and what to expect. Then he went ahead and answered all my questions and concerned. The doctor’s assistance also took her time to explain to me the steps i need to follow before and after surgery. The facility rooms are very clean and have a pleasant appearance. I hope the day of my procedure will be as nice as the consultation was. I will come back to post my review of my experience post-op!

Lancaster office. Never encountered a more risible doc. Argumentative and slovenly. Makes patients wait hours then abuses them verbally. A trash experience. Avoid at all costs.

The oral surgeon was amazing. I had several teeth removed and didnt realize i suffered stress but not from the procedure, but i wasnt feeling well afterwards i called the surgeon how i was feeling. He told me to call an ambulance, gave me his cell number and told me to call him from the er. I was having a heart attack and Im so grateful for that surgeon advising me to go!!!!! Also the dentist who did my dentures was so professional he said neither myself or him will leave until we are both satisfied. This was after coming from another place who said my dentures would be painful and wouldnt fit. A+ dental is 5 stars!!!!

Worst place ever, they been cancelling my appointments for 3 months. So they call the day before to confirm appointment and rhe next day i go and the office is closed with note on the downstairs door, so i call and staff pics up and im outside and ask why i havent been informed of cancellation and they say that they left a viocemail.? Since when a viocemail confirms cancellation, all this on friday appiontments

My sister needed her wisdom teeth out cause she was in bad pain. And everytime she had an appointment they would cancel at the last minute. Last appointment they canceled through phone 20 minutes to her appointment and said they would call back to reschedule and never did.

Yes every experience is different. Fr me the Dr. Was the only one, in his wealth of knowledge knew why I hve the issue tht I hve.n he explained in full detail.I was Not at all expecting this! N whn I went to my Specialist, the Dr. Was right on the money! So for that Im very thankful.Hes not there to be ur PCP. He knws wht needs to be done n thts thts..

I had my wisdom teeth removed in A+ oral surgery and it was a great experience. The girls were super sweet and caring. I was nervous coming in, but Dr.visnich and the dental assistants explained everything to me and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I recommend this office to everyone looking for a good oral surgeon.

Very nice place. The staff and the doctor are not the same than before. They are very friendly and courteous. Dr is very respectful and take his time to speak and treat the patient in a courteous manner. I suggest you to go and create your own experience about this place.

All their reviews seem pretty accurate.. I went in for a consult and then had my appointment scheduled 2 weeks out my wisdom tooth was infected.. They called me the day of my appointment and cancelled my appointment and i told them my tooth was infected they needed to fit me in soon they began to tell me they couldnt see me another 2 and half weeks later when they are the ones that cancelled the appointments. plus staff was not friendly. refuse to go back there.

This place is no good at all, from rude doctor to unprofessional staffs. Very scary procedure. I rated 1 star just to make this comment.

Horribly disorganized and distracted. Almost had to leave without getting the surgery needed after they had lost the correct referral and blamed us for the mistake. Thankfully after making enough of a scene they miraculously found the correct referral and opted to do the surgery that my mother had already been waiting a month to get...a month of excruciating pain. Responsible people should be the receptionist in a medical office. The fact that the girl here was too distracted to do her job properly, almost caused my diabetic mother even more pain than she needed to experience. Its a shame that things like this arent taken seriously by the employees within the office. Also, the fact that insurance for people on welfare is so shifty that only horrible offices like this accept it....is a serious problem in the health care system in general. If it was an option to go anywhere else I would have...literally had to endure this torture here because there were no other offices to accept insurance for a chronically Ill person who cannot afford to have better insurance due to the cost of having a chronic illness. Horrible. Overall displeased with more than one issue here....but if ur insurance will let u go anywhere else besides this horrible place....do it. Please.

This place is disgusting. There is a urine stench wafting as soon as you open the front door. EVERYTHING is coated in dirt and dust. All of the chairs have questionable stains on them. Its like walking into a third world country. I would not let them work on me if my life depended on it. CLEAN YOUR PLACE!! Definitely not A+, more like F-.

Absolutely horrendoys. The most unorganized, rude, an unprofessional facility I have ever visited. I did not respond to the anesthesia well. I kept telling them I could feel the pain and the nurses and the dr thought this was so funny they laughed right there in the room I was in, telling me I cant feel anything. They didnt even extract all 3 of my wisdom teeth. Now I have to go back or go through the process of finding someone else. Even in pain its.worth it.

All the staff is very nice and based on other reviews i have read yes they seem to have cleaned the place up and it looks nice BUT they should work on their scheduling. Things can happen and cause appts to run behind, but that’s why you don’t schedule so many too close together especially right before closing. We are told to come early, so we do, and then we wait patiently for over an hour. (After driving 45 min to get here.) 20 minutes before they are scheduled to close, another patient waiting longer than we were decided to reschedule and leave. We were given that option because they are running behind, however would have to wait another month (in pain) for an opening. We already waited over a month for this appt and especially after driving 45 minutes to get here In the first place I said No we are not rescheduling. I really think the only reason this place is still in business is because many people who come here do not have the option of going anywhere else. So if they want to get treated they have to just deal with whatever happens. This was our last choice and we didn’t really want to come here to begin with but the insurance is not accepted anywhere else within a decent distance of us. My bf has finally been called back to have his teeth pulled and I can only hope that all goes well and they don’t rush the process. Beings as it is now 7 minutes before scheduled closing. And there is one other patient still waiting to be called back for his appt. The others scheduled before us have decided to leave. He has another appt in september for his other teeth, maybe we will get lucky and find another place willing to accept the insurance.

A+ Oral Surgery was a referral I got from my dentist. So, i call and set up 1st appt, which is a consult, and honestly pointless since all theg did was same thing my dentist just did couple weeks prior...but anyways, its easy money for them...consult is quick and easy appointment...xrays and then they say, We will call you to set up appointment to start your dental work. Well, a week passes, then two, 3, 4....5. Still no call. They wont return my calls even. So, I ended up going elsewhere. Who does this and can call them self a professional business. Not to mention their staff talking behind your back but about issues with your teeth and laughing. I will be putting in a call to BBB

Very satisfied with the surgery i wont lie i was stressed out about going through surgery from all the horror stories on the internet the nurses and dr did a great job at making me feel comfortable and trust them especially at the consultation the dr gave me alot of faith in him im experiencing no pain no high from being put under they are really great at their jobs a big thanks to customer service working with me and my insurance company to make sure i get the treatment i need and another big thankyou to everyone that participated in my surgery a+ a+ oral surgery

Whomever is in charge of hiring the staff for this establishment should be fired themselves. Staff that answer the phone is rude and unprofessional.

Just completely horrible. I woke up in the middle of my surgery, with the doctor yelling at me saying that if I dont let them continue that I will have to go to the hospital. It hurt so bad. When it was all said and done, they broke my tooth in half, completely butchered my gum and surrounding teeth, and their finger marks on my arm from them holding me down when I was CLEARLY in pain. They refuse to return my calls. Now I have a broken tooth and an abscess gum which means I have to go back to an oral surgeon. This was the most horrible experience and I highly recommend that anyone considering going here, just dont for your own sake.

Close earlier than what their hours are. There were people outside who had appointments just like me and couldn’t do it because they were closed at 3 pm when their hours are 8:30-5 pm. I had an appointment at 3 pm and they tried to reschedule for an earlier time on the same and didn’t give any explanation as to why. I was busy so I couldn’t. This was very unprofessional and it’s the second time it’s happened to me.

Completely disgusted with the way they operate in that office. Original appointment was changed to an earlier time and upon arrival (which was an hour early), it was then that I was notified that all appointments for that day were cancelled and needed to be rescheduled. In addition, receptionist would not provide any proof for us to submit to our employers..After this incident, they changed his appointment 2 additional times. What a way to operate!

Horrible and hard to find

Terrible attention, they do not give correct information over the phone and they make people travel from far away at 1:30 a.m. to tell them when they arrive they do not accept my insurance when they could have done it 3 days before when they called me to confirm the appointment. The young lady who attended me was not even able to give me an explanation. In short, very disappointed and quite annoyed.

A + oral surgery specialty Care in Reading pa, Hospital crap they told my husband about an hour at 10:45 a.m. and it was still 11:27 a.m. and they had not done anything to him with pain and hunger, too few disorganized jentiles and siempreeeee They are attracted as if we patients are to blame, as it is free. I do not recommend it to anyone. Who wants to have a hard time going there 👂👎 In my life I will come back more. 👎👎
