I dread going to the dentist and had a wonderful experience at Reading Dental Associates. Amy was warm and welcoming at the front desk and Sandi ensured I was comfortable and the room was clean, sanitized, orderly. I was very impressed. Ill be moving my husband and son to this practice as well. I was very impressed with Dr. Byrd as well, who patiently explained and discussed options with me and created a plan I was comfortable with.

Great experience with the entire team at the office. Like many people this was my first appointment since Covid started. Sonya was really thorough in my cleaning and walked me through everything she was doing. The front desk staff (Sandi and Vanessa) are also extremely friendly and greeted me by name as I walked in and made sure to give me information on the cost of my future procedure before I left. The entire office is all women (which I was looking for and loved!).

Ive been going here for years and have been very pleased with the service and location. The receptionist Sandi is very warm and friendly both in person and on the phone and Ive never had a problem getting a parking spot.Sonya, my hygienist, did a fantastic job. She explained everything she was doing from beginning to end . She was also masterful with the x-ray equipment. Im not the greatest patient when it comes to mouth x-rays, but she was able to position everything so quickly it didnt turn into the usual tear ridden experiences Ive had in the past. I also didnt have to wait long for the dentists final checkup at the end of the cleaning.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I moved to Reading almost two years ago and have had a really hard time finding a new local dentist. Making an appointment was super easy thanks to Vanessa and Sandi. When I arrived they were so helpful and welcoming. Sonya was my dental hygienist and she is THE BEST!! She made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job on my cleaning. Vanessa, who took my x-rays, seemed genuinely concerned that I was as comfortable as possible with an inherently uncomfortable process. Sonya was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and she seemed truly passionate about her job, extremely knowledgeable, and was eager to answer any questions I had. I cannot recommend Reading Dental Associates enough! By far the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. My X-Rays were taken by Vanessa and she made what is usually a torturous experience very manageable. She was extremely friendly and welcoming (I just recently moved to Reading) and it honestly felt like I was speaking to a friend. Sonya was my hygienist - she was exceptionally knowledgable and thorough, walking me through every step of the cleaning and answering any question I had. Finally, I was seen by Dr. Byrd to cap off what was a very pleasant trip to the dentist. I am excited to become a patient of Reading Dental Associates for life and will be bringing my 2.5 year old son for his first visit very soon!

Had my first appointment here today and everything about it was great. Sandi got me an appointment that worked with my schedule and I was seen the next day. Vanessa, who did my x-rays, was super nice and patient. She made me feel at ease from the beginning. My hygienist, Sonya, was also great. She explained everything before she did it so I knew what to expect. I hadnt been to the dentist since before covid so I knew Id be sore, but she made sure I wasnt in pain and took breaks when I needed. She also talked to me like a regular person and gave me some tips for flossing without making me feel embarrassed. The dentist was nice and I didnt feel rushed asking questions. She also explained something with my teeth thats been bothering me for years that no other dentist ever explained to me before, and then offered a solution that could fix it. I didnt even know it could be fixed. Everyone working there works well together and seemed to communicate well with each other. So happy to have found a long-term dentist again. Already scheduled my next appointment.

I have been coming to this dental office for a couple years now and recently things have updated. Starting with Sandy and Vanessa at the front desk, they are extremely friendly and knowledgable as well as Amy the assistant. I had Sonya as my hygienist at my last appointment. I have had problems with doing my X-rays in the past but, this time around Sonya had a trick that made it work, Beyond that trick Sonya is personable and very thorough with her work. I really cant say enough with how great the staff is here.

She made dental visit for my toddler fun activity. My daughter is normally very shy outside but she was very comfortable with Sonya and enjoyed her examination and cleanup and had a big smily on her face at the end of visit :)I scheduled my dental cleaning after almost 2 yrs, Sonya did through and painless cleaning and she was explaining every step along the way. I had a broken wisdom tooth that was causing me more pain than I realized. I was able to book an appointment for the following afternoon. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and I was feeling a lot of anxiety about my appointment. Dr. Iebba was very caring and understanding and made me feel comforted and calm. I was able to come in the next afternoon and had my tooth removed by Dr. Vora. She was also very kind, understanding and informative and made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. My tooth was out before I knew it! Im actually looking forward to my next appointment because of how amazing the staff and doctors are. Thank you so much!!

I have been going to Reading Dental Associates for several years. I went there purposely, and with the understanding they would accept my insurance companys rates. In other words, I would only have to pay a 20% copay and not be billed the difference between what they bill the insurance company and what the insurance company allows/pays them. This helps keep my dental/medical expenses more reasonable.Yesterday, after having a filling done, I was asked to pay an amount that was much higher than I have paid for like procedures in the past. After struggling to get an answer as to why the bill was much higher, I was informed they no longer accept the rates my insurance company allows. Had I known this, I would have postponed the filling which was not urgent and probably would have found a dentist who was still in my network. But I was not given this option. Reading Dental Assoc. surprised with this news AFTER the work was done.If they decided to change their policy, they should have notified patients affected by it beforehand, not after work is done. This surprise bill exacerbated my current dental situation, because not long ago, I had Dr. Iebba install expensive crowns install on two teeth. On one of the teeth, I had an expensive root canal after it was crowned because I still had pain. To this date, I still have pain in both of these teeth in spite of having these expensive procedures done. Chewing is very difficult and I may to consider costly implants to get rid of the pain. But I doubt I can afford the implants because coverage is limited by my insurance company and I have already paid a large amount on the procedures that offered no improvement.

Although I have only been a patient at this office for less than a month, I already love Dr. Iebba and her whole team! I had 2 cavities filled today, I have severe anxiety of needles and Dr Iebba - and the hygienist - talked with me the whole time, it immensely helped with my nerves. Before I knew it the Novocain was in and I was in and out of the office within the hour. Amazing, friendly team, who all clearly love their jobs!

I was in the process of getting a new crown and had a temporary tooth put in until the crown was ready to put in. The day before Christmas Eve I woke up and realized that I had put a hole in the tooth. Associates in Family Dentistry was closed for the holiday but I called the number that was left on the voice message. Dr. Gail Iebba returned my phone call and fit me in the day before Christmas Eve and replaced my temporary tooth so that I didnt have a hole in my temporary tooth for Christmas Eve and Christmas.
