I have been a customer for a number of years and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. When I wanted a second unit near my first unit Brenda said she would let me know when one became available and SHE DID! Few today would remember and follow through. They are pleasant to deal with and run a clean and safe operation. I feel my things are in good hands. Five stars have actually been earned by this excellent operation.

I have a storage shed at storehouse and I really like those guys and gals. The manager is super nice and helpful the prices are pretty good its a little bit out of the way but its less likely to get broken into or anything if its out there. I definitely recommend using the storage facility.

So today I went to pay for my rental and I had not 1 problem when I got there(Reading pa) the person working was very nice showed me what they looked like comparing one size to another and I got a better perspective of what I needed, they also have cameras, and anything you may need for a storage... great place!!!

Rates are comparable to other places. Our unit has suited us well. It has remained dry and our stuff safe. The grounds are well maintained and look great! Great place to store your stuff!Are used Keystone Storage several times. They charge a fair price. Keep the area clean, & safe. Never had any problems while renting from this facility.

Rented a shed in 2016 had very nice things that needed to be stored . Thought it was a nice place lights gated friendly staff . Little did we no the shed a problem when rained they never told me they had it repaired. They just rent to you they don’t care if you have important things . You could of just rented one in town. Children’s toys grandparents pictures special sentimental things . Then you find water coming in by buckets. They do nothing . O you don’t have insurance. Eventually give you another shed and you have to move the hole thing by yourself . And things had to be thrown away got mildew on everything. Now the shed I’m renting 124.00 and going up129.00 full of mice . O but you don’t have insurance . He the owner should take some responsibility for renting these storage units and doesn’t care I could just as well rent one in the city. My children’s stuff I saved for years family pictures all mice feces on it and chewed up. I would never rent there again people I talked to also said they have mice for years in there storage unit to. They new there was a problem and they do nothing they should have a professional exterminator and they don’t. Don’t rent you will be sorry !
