Great customer service, Tammy went above and beyond in assisting me with whatever I needed.Excellent storage options for a good price and you can even buy moving boxes and other supplies (like a lock) for your new storage unit. Clean units, clean grounds, and pest free. I highly recommend Route 10 Storage!!!

I have experienced eleven years of great service from Route 10.They always maintained high standards for sanitation, security, maintenance and office staff.

It was good service and fast! The only thing I got charge for new keys. Too expensive.

So far so good. I dont have any issues at all. My unit is climate controlled which I love right now with it being so cold. I never keep anything with a high monetary value in it because my fiance had his unit broken into already. His unit was not associated with these guys. Though I think had it been, it wouldnt have been broken into.Editing to add: I withdrew 2 stars. So the security of my unit was great, no problems there. Its the prices that are killer. They recently raised them 10$ which is unnecessary. But I what I really want to do is warn people that IF you empty your unit in the very beginning of the month you still will be charged full price which is THEFT. They had no problem giving us the unit half price when we first got it bc it was in the middle of the month but dont expect the same when you empty it. That was unacceptable and literally theft. Thank God were done with it. If any other charges show on my moms card other than the $169, we will sue as its NOT AUTHORIZED.

I do not recommend this facility. It doesnt even deserve 1 star. I had to choose it to post this review.. They are dishonest. They Withdrew money from my account without my consent. I specifically told them when I paid with my debit card, that it was a 1 time payment for 1 month and not to be used for future payments. So they took 2 payments at once. And said they didnt when I called to inform them. DO NOt trust this facility. They are theives.

I recommend this facility as it is easy to access and the customer service provided by Tammy is helpful and very welcoming!

I have had the opportunity to use route 10 storage about 3 times in the past 8 years, each time I was helped by a woman named Tammy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions I’ve had and lead me in the right direction on what bin to choose. There is options of inside storage as well. I recommend this place to anymore.

We had a unit and someone broke in and stole everything very bad wouldn’t recommend it.

Tammy was great In Customer service, excellent in providing me with information about the units. Friendly and knowledgeable and good prices, will recommend to anyone.

They padlocked my gfs storage unit and charged $25 to take it off, and it takes 48 hrs to take the lock off. This is extortion. Many better places out there.
