I bought a fridge from them in May which stopped working about a month later. I asked them to fix it and all they did was put a blow dryer to it. I asked for my money back and told them to take the fridge but they refused. Now the compressor went and Im without a fridge and my $400 dollars. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

Bought a washer for #250, after installing it the washer didnt work. They are giving me a hard time to get my money back. This is very frustrating 😤😑. Do not recommend this place to anybody.

I asked them to come fix my fridge 3 times. First time they took all my info and never called back, second time they said they would call when they are on their way. Never got the call and the third time they said they would be there at 4 pm 5:30 rolls around and they still havent showed up and wont answer the phone.

Do not purchase anything from this place .I bought a refrigerator from them which is supposed to come with a 6 month warranty. It stopped cooling after 3 weeks. After 8 phone calls they would always say they would call me back or that I should call back then nothing . You have to get Victor on the line to speak to anyone that knows English. What a huge mistake I made. Ill never get that $250 back . Simply unbelievable

RefrigeratorI bought a fridge from this place. it hade a minor ding. I called them . They came to my house and fixed the ding. Now this refrigerator runs like new. Good place to buy appliances, They honor the warranty.

Worst place to buy used appliances. You have to keep calling them when you need help with repairs for the appliances you bought even if you have warranty. Never again. You have to constantly argue with these people.

Horrible place bought a dryer and a washer from there they did a bad job trying to fit it through the basment steps they jammed it through the door then I went to use it didnt work I called no one picked up until they did the guy didnt even know English so I had to go over there my self and talk to them I couldnt get a refund complete waste of money right there Ill be checking at the other one across the street.

I bought a refrigerator it broke I kept calling them to come look at it never did now the warranty ran out do they wont honor the warranty $150 lost
