When I needed appliances for my kitchen I was referred to Doyons by a trusted friend. I was fortunate enough to have Matt Wallace as my salesman. He talked with me to determine my needs and preferences then showed me a few choices that best suited my descriptions. He did this for the range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Matt worked with me to ensure my choices would fit in designated spaces. I never felt rushed or pushed into something other than what I wanted and now that I have the appliances I have to say that I love them!!At delivery time I was so impressed by my delivery team. (Truck 3/Stop 1) They were professional but their personalities came through their smiles and demeanor. They worked hard to get that big fridge through a doorway but never gave up or even stressed over it. They looked at it logically and figured the best way to get it in without a mark on it. They were a great delivery team and a definite asset to your company!Thank you for making this project so much easier. Update:I wanted to provide an update to the review I posted previously. The Doyons team has really stepped up to solve the issues I note below. While the disappointment of my original experience cant be changed, Id like to share my enormous praise for the urgency with which they addressed the problems and professionalism they demonstrated throughout. Jerry, their service lead, arrived within a day to replace the cooktop and diagnose the freezer issue. He was AMAZING. And hes back at my house right now replacing the defective part for the freezer. If I could give my review ONLY to Jerry and Mike for how theyve handled my situation, I would give 5 stars. Ive moved from 1 to 3 stars and withdraw my service criticism below. Thank you to the team.Original Review:I purchased $12k of Bosch Appliances back in December. By February, the cook top was not heating correctly. Doyons called a Bosch service tech to come out and look at it but he refused to service the unit as it was missing a service tag. Apparently this means the unit I was provided was field scrap. The Doyons team claimed to be horribly embarrassed and promised a new cook top. Fast forward to today, crickets. And as of yesterday, my freezer is no longer staying cold while making a loud growling noise. I suppose I’ll have to take time off work so I can reach them when the service department is actually open… In the meantime, I don’t have a freezer.[see above] In net, I’ve had substantially better service from big box stores. I thought shopping local was the way to go but I’d go with a company who actually stands behind the products they sell.

Doyons was great! I purchased a new gas dryer and after it was installed it clearly was defective. Doyons replaced it within three days with another new machine, hooking it up themselves. So so happy!

What made this experience even more special was the Delivery team called the J team! They were so careful, respectful. They went over every tiny detail of these appliances. ** Highly Recommended ** Here is the story: My dryer was not working properly and I I was very nervous no one would be able to help me given the pandemic and so many contractors/service people are just super duper busy. I took a shot and contacted Doyons Appliance. Get this: The staff stayed on the phone with me for 30 min to help me troubleshoot the issue. They didnt try to hurry me off the phone or anything. They answered all my questions and were patient as I juggled my 2 & 6 year olds. It was SUPER helpful and I learned what I could do to avoid the issue in the future. It was not a quick fix for a non tech like me. The rep on the phone was able to determine what the issue was and scheduled for a service tech to come out to the house. I received a call ahead of time with the window of hours hed be arriving, his name, and the day of he called me 20 min before we was to arrive. We discussed being socially distant and protective wear. This made me feel very safe and secure. Upon arrival I walked him to the dryer and he got right to it. He was kind and solved the issue in under 30 min. He provided suggestions / maintenance options to avoid the issue for next time and made me feel pretty solid about calling Doyons to help me.

We are third-generation Doyon’s customers, and here is just one example why they continue to earn our family’s business. Their Service team went above and beyond to provide fast and safe service for our washer during the pandemic. I was incredibly nervous about having in-home service. Nicole very patiently reviewed all protocols with me by phone and put me at ease. She and Angela also went the extra mile to squeeze us in for next-day service so we did not have to go longer without a washer. The serviceman, Rafael, called when 30 minutes out, and again when he arrived before entering our home. I opened the door for him before he entered and directed him to the laundry room. He had a mask and gloves on when he entered. We spoke only once at a distance so I could close the basement door. Rafael was able to repair the washer in less than an hour. He called my cell phone when the work was complete, and left our receipt on top of the appliance to avoid any additional contact. Thank you, Doyon’s, for the very professional, efficient and safe service. Our family truly appreciates all that you did for us, and we will continue to be loyal customers for years to come.

Our dishwasher died during the 2020 lockdown. After a big box store delayed delivery of our replacement twice, we elected to purchase our replacement from Doyons per the recommendation from a friend. They were upfront and honest about supply chain delays, and unlike the big box store, delivered the washer at the promised time. Unfortunately there were some problems with our unit, some of which were caused by our independent plumber.Mike and Jerry went above and beyond their obligations to remedy the problems, and now we have a fully functional dishwasher.Because of their service and honesty we will be making our next appliance purchase from Doyons and will recommend them to anyone who needs a new appliance!

Poor Customer Service. I fully understand that with the pandemic everything is on backorder. I get it. It is challenging for you. It is challenging for everyone. But at least have the courtesy to communicate to customers when orders come in and when they dont.And most importantly always -always work with customers on deliveries.It is poor service to schedule deliveries without FIRST reaching out to your customers. More than disappointed.

The guys at Doyon’s were fantastic! They delivered a grill, freezer, AC window unit, and a washer/dryer to my home. All three gentlemen were professional, friendly, efficient, and everything was installed to perfection! We ended up needing an additional part due to my home being older and one of the guys left and returned later that day with the part! They went above and beyond to get the job done, and it was appreciated. I will only be shopping at Doyon’s for my appliances from now on!

The customer service from Doyon’s is top notch! Jerry called me about 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He showed up with Ed and immediately got to work diagnosing my issue with a water leak. Jerry took the time to show me exactly what the problem was with a cracked water line. Fortunately it ended up being a minor fix and they were out of there in no time.

From the owners to the sales people and most of all their service department. Also because they service their own appliances. For me that is a big deal. Very pleased with service call to fix our oven by Doyon’s yesterday! Derek and his boss handled the situation by quickly and accurately diagnosing and fixing the problem. The service person that came to service my refrigerator isolated the issue to my house. I was able to fix the issue on my own in 20 minutes and he stayed and verified the refrigerator was working properly. Best money I ever spent!

We have had an intermittent problem with our Verona gas stove for two years. We had technicians in to fix it, but two of the burners still would not stay lit. Finally, today, Jerry got the job done! He tried everything that Verona support suggested and when that didn’t work he went on his own intuition. Thank you Jerry for staying with it and solving the problem no one else could figure out.

Our washer broke down unexpectedly - not ideal with a household of 5 and sick kids + a baby requiring lots of laundry. I used the text feature on Doyons website to initiate finding a new washer that could be delivered the next day. Mike was extremely helpful and listened to what I wanted and helped me choose a washer that I could have delivered the next day. From leaving a message online to finding a replacement and setting up delivery was an hour. The delivery team was very efficient and courteous. I am so appreciative of the Mike and his team for getting us a washer so quickly.

The Doyons technician was great he came out a few weeks back on a service call for our 22 year old Thermador ovens which were only working intermittently. He stated what he thought was the problem and said that the part we needed is no longer made and you can not get it. Fortunately for us he said he had the part or one similar to it that had been sitting in his work van for over 10 years! He returned to our house and was able to utilize the old part and fix our ovens! We could not be more thankful or appreciative of his willingness to go the extra mile for us. Five star service all the way!

Out standing customer service from Jerry and Derek. Derek was professional and very helpful. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed. Oven was still not working Derek took the time to call his boss to see what the problem could be and explained the problem. I was still having a issue with the oven then I contacted headquarters and jerry told me it could have bean the fuses that mite be broken. Jerry took the time to come to by house and fix the fuses for me . overall im very happy with both of them they were able to fix my oven in the same day. Out standing job. I called them for an issue with my whirlpool fridge but because i did not purchase it there they told me it would be at least 3-4 weeks before they could have someone look it.I now have an issue with my whirlpool washing machine that i did purchase there but i think is out of warranty, i left a voicemail and will wait for the response.Edit - I did hear back from one of the managers and told him of my complaint.He was very nice and assured me someone will reach out monday. Myself and other family members have purchased several different appliances from Doyans over the years and I hope that we can continue.March 4th Update - Someone came today for my issue with washer and repaired it. I am changing my review to 4 stars after conversation with their manager and techs. Thank you

The sales people are very nice but buyer beware! They dont always disclose critical information. I knew that a 30 stove wasnt really 30 but they didnt alert us to the variations in depth and installation details so we have a stove that doesnt fit. Also we got talked into a VERY high end Asko dishwasher with the premise that it would be energy efficient and last for many years but its a non-standard height. Installation was a nightmare and it has never drained right, then broke completely after about 4 years.

Was supposed to have a new and expensive dishwasher delivered 3 days ago after ordering a couple weeks ago. No notice from the company, no delivery. Multiple calls, no responses other than promises to call back. Very unhappy with the incredibly poor communication from them. I dont want to go to a big box store because they are all liars and cheats but not feeling much love from trying to stay local. Specifically went to Doytons because they said they could deliver weeks earlier than the big box stores. If that is your reason for looking at them you may want to rethink it as I am doubting their veracity at this point.EDIT: Had to call repeatedly and ended up driving to the store and complain to get them to schedule the delivery. Finally did get it, 10 days after the expected delivery date. Seriously - if you want something on time make them swear a blood oath or give you money back if they dont deliver when they say they will. I could have gone to a big box store and gotten it faster.EDIT2: Just saw the owners response. Seriously? Call the showroom again? We called multiple times when it didnt show up on the scheduled date and got no response. My wife and I had to drive to the showroom and complain to get the delivery scheduled. I pray that the darn thing doesnt break because from what I read in the other reviews your service isnt good either. And the installer didnt level the dishwasher, it is noticeably higher on one side than the other. My wife didnt notice it because she had to leave right after it was done but I saw it the second I got home. But given the challenges of getting an installation and the bad communications from your company why on earth would I trust your installer or company again.

Top notch service. whats your worst nightmare? how about a major appliance going south right before the holidays? not to worry. fridge on the fritz on sunday, dead on monday. call for an appt on thursday, no problem. got a call back to move up the appt a day due to a cancellation, even better! service arrived promptly and within 20 minutes diagnosed the problem to a bad controller board. on the phone to secure a replacement part. showed up the following day to install. back up and running! couldnt have had a better or more pleasant experience w/ the service dept. highly recommended. doyons to the rescue!

Very, very happy with my dealings with Service Manager-Jeff Mills. We experienced some washer trouble which he was able to identify over the phone with the help of some pics sent via email. Jeff saved us $$$ not only by eliminating the need for a service visit, but by graciously telling me what part I needed as well. I opted to buy/replace the part myself (which may not have monetarily benefited Doyons this time), but our washer/dryer were purchased from their Bedford store and our customer loyalty will continue to be with Doyons in the future. Good experience purchasing new stove in Bedford, but after installation I noticed one of eight gas burners didn’t light. Arranged with Reading store for an after 3 pm service appt ( they are the only store that provides service) - I called to confirm in the morning and then they never showed. I took a day off from work and they didn’t call and didn’t show.
