Called on a Saturday, the person answering the phone was very pleasant, she took the information to pass onto the owner who was out on a service call. She said he would call back sometime Saturday.Received no callback saturday or sunday, called 8am Monday and a gentleman answered. He had my information from Saturday, said owner would call to set appointment, waited and waited and never heard anything else.In the end i called another repair man who came out same day.

I had recently put new kitchen cabinets in my home and when i when to reinstall my dishwasher i found it to be no longer working my first call unfortunately was to Tonys appliance repair and tony came out promptly and for $76.00 told me my dishwasher was junk and should be replaced i just so happened to run into THE MAN Rex Smith who came out to my house and for $86.00 fixed my problem and today my dishwasher is still working wonderful I highly recommend Rex for all your appliance needs
