Great auto shop. I had a problem that others said was maybe not fixable. But they fixed it!! And saved me a ton of money to boot. I highly reccomend Henrys. They are my go to guys now.

First time coming here & went in for a state inspection...was there about 45 minutes which was expected. It was easy scheduling the appointment as others I had called only did them at certain times & didnt fit my schedule. Everyone here was very nice from beginning to end & was very communicative with me. All I needed was a windshield wiper blade replaced & to top off a fluid. I will remember this place in the future when I need maintenance/repairs.

Ive been going to Henrys Auto Service for 2 yrs. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest.

Came in made appointment came back later was about 5min late both mechanics came in complained to guy at the desk they cant keep accepting people late.I leave the key in my truck the mechanics had to have taken it out and shoved it in there when he took it to the back because now it is difficult to take out. (I left it in there because the slot doesnt always line up but used to always go in easily and come out easily)They also do not show you what is wrong with your vehicle. Just come back and heres whats wrong with it. Was there for vehicle inspection.Also opened hood I dont know why for vehicle inspection. But I could hear him slamming multiple times up front.Inspection took very long seems it took about 45min.

Good honest trustworthy people and great service at a reasonable price!!! I was visiting relatives in the K.C. area when I purchased some water-tainted gas. I had my car towed to Henrys. They found almost half a tank of water in the gas. They drained the water out and added Seafoam. Thanks you Henrys for your quality service!

Ive been unfortunate with recent cars/trucks. But these guys are always making it easy when I have a problem. Richard and Ben are thorough, informative and considerate. I work nights so they do their best to make it convenient for me and keep me updated. Had to replace an engine and they came through quick.

I have been taking my car(s) to Henrys for 13 years. I find them very helpful and very honest! I can see why they have been around for so many years. I would highly recommend Henrys, I live 40 minutes away and make the trip every time my car needs something. I am very happy with them!

I wish I could give no stars. We took our car in for an inspection they Friday of Memorial weekend. They called and said it passed and would be done in a few minutes. Then called back 15 minutes later and said it didnt pass, needed $150 worth of work to pass. We okayd that. When we picked it up I could not get out of the parking lot cause I couldnt find first gear or reverse. My gear shift was very wobbly and not at all like it was. My husband got in and finally managed to find first but there was no reverse. Pulled up to the building and told them there was no reverse and the gear shift was messed up. They told us it was like that when we brought it in. It was not. It was in perfect shape and I even backed out of my driveway to take it up there. We argued and tried to tell them it was not like that. They refused to find out what was wrong and continued to say it was that way. We got it home and my husband took apart the console and found a small plastic piece that had broken and was lying in the bottom. He ordered a part from the Ford dealership and when he picked it up, he asked how this could happen. The Ford parts guy said it happens most of the time when a person who doesnt know how to drive a stick shift grinds the gears or tries to put a car in gear without pushing in the clutch. Thankfully it was a $75 fix and only about two hours of my husbands time. But I will never take my car back to Henrys and I am telling everyone I know not to go there. We have also contacted the service place that referred them. They were very disappointed and said they wouldnt refer anymore. We told the Ford dealership and all the parts departments in Raytown we went to before going to Ford for the part. It was a horrible experience at any time, but because of it we were not allowed to go on our long weekend out of town for Memorial Day weekend. It is crazy how disloyal people can be anymore.

First time I went there was just for an inspection and they are a trustworthy mechanic shop, not trying to pinch every cent they can out of you, like most auto shops.

My family and I have been using Henrys for 20+ years and have never had an issue. They go out of the way to make sure I understand what I am paying for exactly and they do not try to upsell me on anything. Very happy with the company as a whole.

Weve been coming here since we moved to Raytown. We had used the same family mechanic my whole life and moving to the city and being female I was concerned about auto repairs and finding a good fair place. I went to a couple places for small known issues on my car asking each one to take a look and give me a quote. Henrys team told me exactly what my old mechanic had and their price was only $2 more. They got themselves a lifelong customer then and there. Theyve always been fair and friendly. We come here for everything from oil changes and tires to inspections and part replamlcments, because I know theyll be honest, upfront, and fair. I also really appreciate the personal touch they give to their customers, theyve taken me home when I havent had a ride, and stuck around late when my car was being towed in after closing to make sure my car was dropped off safely and that I was picked up all right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for

Not very happy. I had the car diagnosed at another small shop and paid a diagnostic fee there. They didnt do A/C work so they recommended Henrys. Called Henrys and asked for a quote. Never got a response. Finally took it in for a quote and they charged me another diagnostic fee, though he admitted that he did call the 1st place and got the diagnosis from them. Not really sure what I paid $45 for....definitely will not be using Henrys for repairs.

I would not have my car inspected here. They will try to nickel and dime you. The tech doing my inspection said “your headlight” is out. However, it worked when i arrived at your shop! I would give negative stars if i could!

I feel that Henry’s is the best shop around back when I had a f350 I went to another shop and they said I needed a whole new front suspension system then I took it to Henry’s and they found out it was just a loose bolt and saved me 1000 dollars
