Called to see if they accepted my insurance and was hung up on by the billing department the first time. When I called back the woman who answered was very short with me and seemed to want the call to be over.

Called to make an appointment letting them know my doctor had moved away. Asked to get me in today. Said I could be seen at 3pm this afternoon. I showed up at 3pm. Let me know the doctor was out and no one thought they needed to give me a courtesy call. Then said i was showing in on a Monday in a different month. I said no i told her today and she said to come in at 245 for my 3pm appointment. Had no sympathy or cares that they messed up. They will not be getting my business.
