Big shout out to Bobs 66 and their staff. I had my car maintained there for years, but hadnt stopped in for a long time. I needed a tail light replaced today and was unable to access the panel. Tony brought out the right tools and had me back on the road in under 5 minutes. They are awesome! Best all around fuel/convenience store/auto repair place downtown Rapid City!

Dan was the best! He squeezed us in on a holiday to get us back on the road after a major issue. So thankful for his quick, thorough, creative, and fairly priced service.

I needed my wiper blades replaced on my 2006 Honda Accord on a Sunday and was able to get in quick! Great customer service. Have been using Bob’s for many years and will continue to turn to them for mechanical needs.

Our road trip took up to Rapid City. Minivan had squealing brakes. A local gas station recommended Bobs Phillips 66. The mechanic was named Dan. He was honest, friendly and had our vehicle road ready for a fair price in record time. Highly recommend Dan and thank you for great customer service.

I am from Wisconsin vacationing in the Black Hills. My Minivan starts firing on 5 cylinders. I was recommended to go to Bobs 66 from the Sinclair gas station when I drove into Rapid City. Bobs 66 looked at my car right away even though they had other cars in the lot for service. They diagnosed the problem, a melted spark plug wire and repaired it on the spot.They charge me very little for this wonderful service. What a bunch of honest guys!! that is hard to find in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area.Thank you Bobs 66 and its terrific service guys.

Loved this place! We had a nail in our tire and a local sent us to Bobs--I am so happy he did! Tracey (not sure of the spelling) took us right in and patched our tire even though it was late in the day. Professional; helpful; funny; wonderful! The tire made it all the way to Montana, Colorado, and back to Illinois. All for under $25. THANK YOU!!

Update: One brake has failed and destroyed my rim. Now to get it fixed and have it covered. Within a year, the parts installed from Napa have all failed and I am stuck replacing.Friendly staff. Great host to a bad situation while on vacation. They fixed the brakes that broke in the Black Hills quickly while accepting my family of 6 hanging around for a while. Also gave excellent advise on places to visit while vehicle was repaired. Made a bad situation over 1000 miles from home better for us.However, the time it took was double what they said. I know it can happen, but watching them I noticed it taking much longer than needed. Not pleasant as we waiting couple hours for them.

I took my KIA to these guys to fix an alternator. They were so helpful!!!! They not only got it done in a timely manner, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I would recommend Bob’s Phillip 66 to EVERYONE!!!!!!

I have used Bobs 66 many times for routine service and repairs. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The mechanics have always found the problem or took my vehicle to someone who could.

Super friendly and helpful mechanics !!I was travelling across the country and stopping for one night in Rapid City. My Jaguar had a brake problem (missing caliper bolt caused by a different garage) and the guys went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly and inexpensively!! The best.....highly recommended!!Thanks for the friendly service!!!

6 bucks for a quart of oil. Convienence stores are cheaper. Acted like I was bothering him for being there. Do not recomend. Wont go again.

Wasted my time and money! Couldnt figure out what the problem with my car was and charged me a few hundred for all the tests they had to run...I had to take my car to a different shop and pay again.
