So I really liked Fullams at first. They did me well. Apparently he can be pretty sensitive and one wrong move and youre done! Doesnt settle well as I look for reliability in someone who maintains my car.

I drop my car off cause it isnt running right. He told me water was in the gas and he added seafoam and it runs fine now. Pick it up and cant even start it. He kept me for 1.5 hrs trying to get it started before he admitted the had the wrong diagnosis. Sorta sucks to have a long day at work and have your mechanic blunder when you think your gonna drive your car home NP!

I had a wheel bearing on my Subaru go very suddenly 20 miles from home. I knew I couldnt limp my car home so I called a couple of local garages on the offhand chance someone could help me out. John at Fullams thought they could squeeze me in, and they did! The work was done quickly and at a fair price. Im new to this area and think I just found my new garage.

They used to be great before new ownership. I was charged an arm and a leg for a simple break job, I checked the parts they said they used at NAPA and they charged me twice the amount, or a 200% profit. Check pricing on parts they say they use... they mark them up way too much.

They are probably the only people that didnt look at me like an idiot when I obviously didnt know what was wrong with my car (which turned out to be nothing but having peace of mind was nice). Very nice people with good customer service. Watch out for the pole when you back out of the driveway, its easy to miss and run into.

An honest shop, did just what was needed, did it quickly, did it affordably. I gave them a cash tip I was so happy to have found them.

Terrible Service! They took several weeks to get to my car and then made the repairs without first checking in with me on the repairs and total. When I was finally told the car was done (three weeks after it was towed there) they asked me to pay $600 same day. I told them I could pay and pick up the vehicle in two business days when I got paid and they were very rude about it and insisted I pay the same day. Considering I had no idea when it would be done and was given no cost estimate it was totally unreasonable of them to refuse to wait just two business days. Not impressed, wont be getting my business again.

Fullams is a decent mechanic but can be forgetful. We brought her vehicle here to have the tires swapped out during the winter and Fullams forgot to put the wheel weights on so my car would Shake going down the road until it was corrected
