We thought it was Ignition Switch. So we removed the Inst Panel along with the radio to get to ignition switch. Still didnt start. Brought to Mr Wires(we knew Jimmy who owned Mr Wires yrs ago)Williams Auto. We ordered the the I Panel, they installed. They also replaced the ignition switch. But not sure why they didnt replace the radio?

I am very happy with Williams Automotive. I bought a car and two months later the car kept dying and would not start without a jump. I brought it to the Herb Chambers Ford dealership in Braintree, with thoughts that they would be the best suited to fix it. They simply replaced the battery, which didnt fix the issues. And then promptly called us and told us they didnt want to service the car any further. The exact quote was we want nothing to do with that car. Needless to say I was wrought with anxiety & dread that the car I had only just purchased was a curse. I was referred to a Mr.Wires by a neighbor, and when called was connected with Williams Automotive, being that they were now the owners of Mr.Wires. Without going too much further (because this post is getting a bit long), although the issue was a fairly easy fix, diagnosing it was not. Parasitic draws sometimes can be quite insidious, and this one was. But Williams Automotive wouldnt give up, they were determined to figure out this problem. The knew we were caught between a rock & a hard place with just having gotten the car. They really came through for us, and they were extremely thoughtful & considerate human beings. They took the time to explain everything they did, and did what they could with helping with costs. I would recommend them to anyone for any issue they were having. Youd be hard pressed to find better technicians or better people.

I am very happy that I found Williams Automotive. I needed a replacement for the timings belt on my 2003 Honda Accord. I also needed new headlight covers the originals were very dull. I Had them buffed a few times over the years but Williams Automotive offered a reasonable deal. They also discovered a leak with my power steering. They did a total inspection of my car. I was very happy to know that they were concern I had a safe car. I would recommend to all. The staff are very friendly and the owners are awesome. Im so glad I found this garage right down the street from my work. Its right on the 238 bus route and the owners (husband & wife) are wicked cool, but most importantly they are honest which is hard to find in a repair shop.They saved me from buying a lemon that looked good on the outside but just sour under the hood and now they have a customer for life...highly recommend this shop!

I have been here many times for various services ranging from oil changes, to a wheel bearing replacement, to new tires. Every time, Ive been treated well and kept in the loop about everything. Their pricing is fair and transparent, never any hidden charges. Im always pleased with the service and will continue to go there for all my auto repair needs.

My car had a slow battery drain my regular and my local mechanic couldnt find it. He usually can do anything. He suggested Mr. Wire in Quincy. I found Williams Automotive owns the business now. If they couldnt find it Id have to scrap the car. Talked with Jessica to set up the appointment (who was very nice). Drop the car off with Jeff (the owner, great guy too). He was able to fix the issue and the car is running better than ever! Real nice people and a very fair price as well. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

This business is a hidden gem! They fixed an electrical issue with my 2002 Mustang which other shops either could not fix or were unwilling to work on due to my vehicle being too old. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the repair costs were. These folks take a great deal of pride in their craft and with their customer service communications.

Had a weird problem with a car and they did what they could to find the problem. They seemed to be determined to get things fixed and the admin was very friendly and helpful. Only problem is that they charged a steep hourly rate and they couldve been a bit better at keeping my wife and I in the loop day to day

This shop is awesome. They have a text line to give you updates at your leisure. They told me I could buy a part online and ship it to the shop (no up-charge on parts). They gave me great suggestions on what to fix without doing unnecessary fixes like other mechanics who want to make a buck. When I picked my car up, they suggested a few other things, but they only suggested and didnt push me at all. It made me trust them which can be hard to do with car mechanics if you dont know the first thing about cars. I highly recommend this shop.

Never bring your foreign car here like BMW, Mercedes etc..they don’t know what to do with it they will mess up with your car. I drove my car to their shop, but after their work I have to towed it home LOL.They are very nice people, but don’t know how to work on foreign car.

Some of the most honest and trustworthy mechanics you will find in the business. They always do great work and explain everything thoroughly to you afterwards. They will never do work that is not necessary (they have saved me a few times when a different quote from another shop said more needed to be done) but the parts they use are always quality and effective. I cannot recommend the folks at williams automotive enough!

I have Used Their services for the past 12 years, they are as good as it gets. They are not inexpensive, but they are HONEST to a fault. Rest asured you will be well treated. and repair turn over is good.
