Really saved my week by patching a tire on short notice. Great Great group could not recommend more.

We were driving home from northern Vermont back to Massachusetts when the wheel bearing went. We called to see if there was any way they could take us so we could avoid calling a tow truck. They said they could get us in. When we got there the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had us back on the road within two hours. Thankful they took the time to squeeze us in to help us.

Dylan saved our day. Service was outstanding, courteous and prompt.

Chips auto is a joke and I do not recommend using them. I brought my car in there because I normally do all my own work on my cars but I ran into an issue that I didnt have the tools for. Turned out it was an issue with the throttle boddy switch is topical with euro cars so I asked them to just clean it and realign it and so they removed it and broke it in the process and chose not to tell me they did even after I went and looked it myself and realised it was a fresh break and a new throttle boddy was around $500 twitch they refused to replace

Just started going to Chips. Pleasant people to deal with. Happy with the work and prices seem very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

1/5 only because I have to. Completely ripped me off. Told me they took my manifold off on my truck. Took my truck to another mechanic who told me there was no possibility that they did what they said. Bolts were untouched! Do not go here!!

Pros: Nice guys when you are in a pinch.Cons:Poor communication; first price quote is underwhelming to rope you in then they balloon the price AFTER service! BEWARE.Poor customer service; had to beg them to give me a ride 5.9 miles back to my house, they first suggested to use my zero brake truck that needed service, I declined then they finally used the company truck to bring me home phew!!But then after ballooning my price by almost 67.5% of original quote (like I cant call around and see prices round town), they got so MAD at me on the phone for calling them out and Declined to come get me to pick my vehicle. On top of that they claimed they gave me a discount. So yeah just pay the premium at the dealership. Lesson learned.Dropped over $500 for rotors and brakes which I bought separately and wanted them to throw them on. Then two Calipers of which at first I was told only rear left was needed then ..yeah you guessed it I needed a second one for the front even after they suggested on the phone that I dont need front brakes..( I rec. All my calls so yes no joke I have the conversation)Ill update if anything radical changes. SMH. Good luck.
