Good haircut at a fair price

I went to this barber shop for many years before I made the decision to go to great clips. Through the years, I’ve had many haircuts that I was not satisfied with at this location. I was very specific many times with what I wanted, and ended up not liking my haircut at all. I went to this place because it was cheap. Haircuts here are now 15 dollars, so I recommend spending a few more dollars for a quality cut at another spot. My haircut today was rushed and I felt I was not listened to when I requested a specific style for my hair. I requested a mid fade AND even showed a picture from my last haircut which was at Great Clips which I was very satisfied with. I asked for the same look, and not a lot off the top. The haircut was rushed and the barber made no clarifications when I made requests. I feel that the look of someone’s hair says a lot about them, and overall I do not feel satisfied with my haircut.

In my opinion this is the best place in South Orange County for you to get a haircut. I routinely drive about 10 miles to get here, but its totally worth it. Please continue to support them as long as theyre open during the pandemic. Just make sure to bring a mask 😷

Good haircut for $15 (price went up $4 at the end of May 2020). Cash only. Not a good time to increase the price, in my opinion, but apparently their rent went up so they were forced to increase the haircut price.

No frills barber shop. For only $11 a haircut, its a steal of a deal. You walk in and sign in on a piece of paper (if you so desire, write down name of person you want to cut your hair). Turnover of employees seems to be high. It can get pretty busy esp. if you have to wait for a specific person to cut your hair (e.g Kim). Sometimes the wait is more than 1.5 hrs. Kim is one of the best. Shes very detail oriented and remembers all her customers, especially how you cut your hair the last time. Weve been coming here for more than 3 years and plan to continue to go there.

Ive been taking my son Niko here for about 7 yrs. Brandon is our guy. Brandon is great. Super nice, great job, great prices and very welcoming. We live out of state now, but when we come down to visit family we always stop in to get a fresh cut.

Always get great haircut at Twin Peaks. Payment is always in cash. Open on weekends about 9. Sign in on clipboard on counter on left side as you enter. You can add the name of the hairstylist you prefer.

I’m visiting from NY and I found the price to be excellent. You can’t get any haircut in NYC for $10. Someone helped me right away and I was out of there in 30 minutes. The lady who cut my hair did it exactly as I had asked her. Great service and and great price in a convenient location.

Very quick good quality haircut, for cheap too. I started coming here about 5 or 6 years ago and havent gone anywhere else. $10 for a basic haircut. The rates go up from there if you want something fancy or more complex. This is a cash only place so please bring cash. If there isnt a wait, you can be in and out in about 20 minutes.

Fast, good service, great haircuts, ridiculous price. 9 bucks for a standard haircut, but itd be criminal to give less than a 5 dollar tip. I saw some guy come in with his hair completely butchered - said he had just come from Supercuts and now he needed to get that disaster fixed. He looked a lot better 5 minutes later, thats for sure. If you want a simple, good-looking haircut, this is the place.

The service here is great! Never really have any sort of issues when I go for a haircut at this place. Staff is friendly and gets the job done

Love this local barber, now 9$ for a basic cut. I always tip a bit extra because the service and quality is good. Had a chance to compare them to a fancy boutique barber in Newport Beach. The NB people did have extra service like hot cream trim line shave and hot towel. For what you get this place still has my business. Come in, put your name down, wait to be called and then tell them how you like your head fuzz. Easy... Kim is a person I request when shes there, but Ive had good service from others too. Not Supercuts where your hair comes out uneven looking like the bad end of a blender. Not a boutique shop and really I dont think that would fit in RSM (IMHO). Getting in on a weekend is busy but they often run 7 chairs so its a popular place. Chill out and sip a latte, enjoy your weekend and get a nice cut. Now take a walk by the lake and enjoy life a little bit more.

I walked in with my 2 boys to get their hair cut. I didnt realize that they had a sign in sheet until a few people signed in after I got there. I went to sign in and a guy called us over and said oh you are next dont worry about signing in. In a room full of people, they were still watching the waiting area. Great service and the hair cuts were great too.

I have been coming here since they opened, and before that their original location off El Toro since they opened. As long as you make sure they understand what you want, you will get a good haircut. If you dont like what you got, just ask and they will change it. I recommend Lana, Than, Brandon, and Kim. Be advised, they are cash only.

First time visiting, and they did an excellent job. Haircuts are fairly cheap, but that doesnt mean they dont do a good job. I was extremely impressed with how well my haircut turned out. Would highly recommend this small shop over somewhere like Greatclips, Sportsclips, or Fantastic Sams. They have 8 or so barbers at once, so there is almost no walk-in wait.

You cant beat the price. At $8 a haircut you could keep a fresh cut. Ive been going here for 2 years and they always do a fantastic job. Everyone is great but Kim is my go to.

Asked for a fade. Got a shave.......and got disrespect when confronted about it.... Where is the fade all I see is a full on shave. Asked for a mid fade and got a high and tight. Dont go here unless you want to seem ghetto for theyre taste of clients.. if you mess up on your haircut you shouldnt disrespect your clients to compensate for your mistake. Never coming here again

I have been going to see Kim for the last 5 years. Its great to chat while getting my haircut the way I like it.

This place is really bad!! The younger Asian lady closest to the door is so unprofessional and rude. First of all she sits on a stool as she cuts your hair. Never seen a barber do that in my entire 36 years of my life! Then she is constantly on her cell phone texting answering calls in a middle of a hair cut. So she uses the clippers with one hand while she talks on her phone. Focus on your job and be a bit more professional for crying out loud!! Never going back to this place again.

Worst mens haircut and beard trim ever! I knew I was in trouble when she asked what number I wanted for my trim. She struggled with her english. If you go here bring a hat!

Cheap hair cut with good service. Usually busy though.

Sometime the Hair cut you get is very bad. It is volume work, as if you are part of a hurds.
