This place has good value for the money. The maintenance guys are on point. The real sore spot at the villas aliento is Allison in the leasing office. There are 3 members of the leasing team 1 male 1 female[Allison] and a female manager. If you are going to move in make sure you dont get Allison. This chick is overweight, condescending, and seems to be on a strange im a leasing agent power trip. Be careful when threatened she will try to scare you into compliance by telling you she will put you on 30 days notice [AKA i will terminate your lease].Overall I would recommend this place to someone who is looking for a great location for a great price. Just watch out for Allison, and if you have complaints about her write them down or call the customer care center.
