07/25/2021 This Review is for the Leasing Consultant Katya Rodriguez that works as a Leasing Consultant at Fountain Glen, a 55 Plus Community! She is the bright star within the complex. She always has a smile and a positive comment. There is always a hello for me and a great smile ! If it was not for her the complex would not be the same and thats a fact. So if your in the area and or wish to get some information please ask for her you will be glad you did. Thank you Katya !!!!!!!!!!!!

Location great, apartments comfortable; while they post a few activities, basically up to residents to facilitate anything; not all like when they opened years ago nor like other 55+ apartments in the area. I thought to be designated 55+ a certail amount of activities etc needed to be offered? Staff nice but not really engaged. Its a shame, lots of potential.

I moved in less than a month ago. Already I have made friends withsome of the residents. The staff are friendly and helpfull,always with a smile. There planned events are well thought of.After looking at several other places, I am happy I selected Fountain Glen as my new home.

We just signed the lease to this beautiful, quiet 55+ rental community:) Kristin Walker at the Leasing Office is GREAT, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient😀
