My wife and I recently replaced our liner with Vinyl Pool Pros and we couldnt be happier with how amazing it looks! After purchasing our home, it was discovered that there was a leak in the liner (above pool) and we just decided that, rather than hiring someone to inspect/find the leak and repair it and then have more issues in the future, that wed just replace it.After doing a lot of research, we came across Vinyl Pool Pros and we were sold after speaking to Shaun. He is very thorough in explaining the process, timelines, and what to expect. More importantly, he helped educate us on how to take care of our new liner and how to make it last a lot longer. After getting the liner replaced, we bought a solar pool cover which also helps preserve the life of the liner and also helps with less water evaporating. Weve also implemented other ideas that Shaun has given us so were hopeful that our new liner will last for a really long time!Overall, we love our new pool and highly recommend Shaun and his team. This is our third vinyl replacement in our pool. The company that made the last one is no longer in business. After an exogenous investigation we opted for Vinyl Pool Pros. We could not have made a better decision. Our first phone conversation with Shawn explained the whole process that will be done since we wanted to change the depth of our pool from 9 feet to 5 feet for security reasons. Jay, on the other hand, supervised each stage of the process. The precision in the times and the communication with Shawn and Jay made this project very simple. I called Vinyl Pool Pros about a repair to my vinyl pool. Shaun called me back in a very short time and I was fortunate enough he was able to make the repair the next day.
