I wish I can rate this store 0 stars. Managment here is seriously insane. I tried to return something here after I called their 800 return line, were they told me I can return my item to any Leslie pool supple location. She gave me such a hard time, saying she’s losing money and can’t resale item!!! She even went so fare to contact the store I originally purchased items from to ask why I’m at her store ?????? She was told buy the other store returns can be done at any store !!! Again she mentions how she is going to lose money!!!! She’s rude and has no management education. The only thing she accomplished was stressing me out. At the end the other leslie store walked her Through the return.

You will probably pay a little more here than you would buying in bulk from another vendor. But the customer service is outstanding, so I dont mind. Took my broken pool vacuum here, and they fixed it for free. A great store!

Great Customer service! Knowledgeable in inground and above ground pools. Will walk you through your pool troubles to figure out a solution.Called to check on item and was not in stock. Offered to take down phone number and call me back when it came in.Manager received item same day, called me back and actually held the item till I arrived an hour later.Staff to Managment is well trained and happy to help. Even the staff members that were receiving in a shipment were eager to help with customers needs. This location should be the standard for how each Leslies Pool and service is run.Will return and recommend this location to anyone that has pool needs or questions.

Good products but very expensive

We love coming too Leslies Pool Supplies. They have everything we need. They will test your pool water for you too let you know if you need certain chemical in your pool. Friendly always welcome you, and they ask if you need anything. Come check them out and they also have meet toys for your pool too

Great service. Got a good education from the staff on how to take care of my pool. Pretty simple once you know the chemical balances. Didnt need my pool guy after that. Saved some money and happy I can do this on my own. My pool is crystal clear!

Place is legit. Bought a heater for my pool there and it was installed incorrectly twice. Ok that could earn 1 star but they stuck behind their work and replaced the heater both times until they got it right. Sometimes it aint about how right they are but how they are when theyre wrong, that counts. Recently bought some chemicals for the pool at the tune of $80. Never used the chemicals and even though policy right there on the counter says no returns on chemicals, they still did to keep the customer happy. This place has gained my favor.

Store number 617, manager Manuel “Manny” Brambila, words by itself will not be sufficient to describe this wonderful human being, May God Al mighty help this individual and bless him in this life and hereafter, some people go extra miles but this man went way too many extra miles to help and solve my problem with pure profession. Wonderful character and the choice was right by appointed this position to him by his management to lead the store and help his customers. Good advise, great service. They will work on your pool vacuum right in the store no extra charge. I keep coming back here for the service.

Staff at this location should be more considerate and kind with female customers. Shouldnt expect them to know every aspect of their questions and really try to help them.

These guys are always great. Even when I I had horrible problems balancing my spa, they hooked me up time and time again all while they guaranteed the results. Ill keep coming back. Thanks guys.

Manny was very helpful he went above and beyond to make sure I had the parts I needed and even cleaned the spa light lens to look brand new. Great customer service!!

The store products are to expensive. Id rather go get the yellow liquid chlorine just like the pools at a fraction of the price. Saves you hundereds of dollars a year and better results.

Always super helpful with product knowledge, sales suggestions etc. They look out for their regular customers, by sending them seasonally focused sales coupons and maintenance suggestions. I had to keep waiting for other customers to go before me and I was there first. I liked the services and the products.

Only one employee working at 10:30 on a Saturday. There were between 9 and 12 customers. Staffing was not adequate for a weekend day. Need more help, especially on the weekends.... :(

Everytime Ive come in the staff has been super helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and amazing customer service. Even though this is a chain it has a small buisness feel.

I needed a part on memorial day, and the two guys who worked there, bent over backwards to help me find it. I really appreciated their help and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Needed to purchase a pummus stone for cleaning tile and the store personnel took me right to the tile cleaning sectuon.
