My home warranty company sent out this outfit to provide a second opinion on my Maytag washing machine, The service technician, while friendly, said his team would be contacting us as to the determination of repairs on the machine. I continued to wait, and wait and wait. Each and every time I attempted to contact Premier Service Group I would have to leave a message. There were no return calls. Mind you Im doing without a washing machine at this point for over three weeks. When I finally did make contact I was told the parts were on order. I thought this was odd since in the past Maytag parts are usually stocked in the US and are generally not a problem to order. On a subsequent call I was told they are still on back order as they had to manufacture the part!??!! This seemed very odd so I then contacted the home warranty who said they had no information.In frustration, I contacted my previous appliance service team at Tru-Way Appliance and they stated they would make a call to the Home Warranty Representative that they are assigned. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by Home Warranty and was told that the machine would be too costly to repair and they would getting back to me regarding an offer to replace or cash out. I then asked why didnt this happen sooner? They told me they were just made aware of the costs!! Apparently Premier Service Group had just submitted the costs to the home warranty company. I am now at five weeks without a washing machine.I then contacted Premier Service Group, again and spoke with a woman named Stephanie who would not let me speak with management as she stated she was in charge and there was no else to assist me. I couldnt believe that I was being shuffled off the phone with no resolution.My recommendation, ONLY USE THIS COMPANY AS A LAST RESORT!! Their customer service is poor at best.Ive order a new washer and dryer, waiting for their delivery and also the home warranty company to decide on a cash out amount. Total number of weeks without a washing machine was seven!! This could have been reduced greatly had this company acted responsibly

HORRIBLE. Our GC contacted them to fix a Thermador hood. They came out, charged us $99 on the spot and then we found out that they also charged our GC the $99 trip fee! Now, we are fighting to get the charge reversed. I have contacted them several times and they are not communicative. On top of that, they said the parts would be here in 14 days. 14 days come and go and they said parts will be here in 14 more days. Either they completely forgot to order or they are idiots. Either way, you have been warned with all the horrible reviews here. GO ELSEWHERE.
Have a Bosch microwave/oven combo. They had to come out twice, since they received a detective part from distribution center. Both times we had incredible service from the technicians. Very knowledgeable, polite and carful with moving the appliances. Thank you PSG for a great service.
Wow is all I can say. My refrigerator went out and I was so worried I would lose all my food especially in the heat of summer. But, Premier service group came out quickly and were able to save all my food and fix my refrigerator. Their customer service is wonderful. They have done work for me as well before and every time they are awesome. Great prices and friendly technicians. Thank you so much for helping me out. You guys rock!

The name Premier really fits this service company. Their technician, was able to find a difficult electrical problem with my Dacor oven. He saved me hundreds of dollars by diagnosing the problem of why my oven wouldnt come on and then he repaired it very quickly. I was thrilled with the service! I cant recommend them enough. They are my go to for service from now on.
The spring on the door on our Bosch dishwasher broke. I called Bosch they recommended PSG appliance repair. I called PSG gave them the model and serial number and explained what the issue was and assumed they would order the part. One week later they sent a repair person who walked in and said yep you need a new spring for the door Ill have to order it thatll be $99 for the visit and then an additional $93.35 for the part. Two weeks later the same technician returned with the part and twenty five minutes later the job was done. A further $140 was asked for. Total for labor was $239! With the part it came to $332.25 a complete rip off!They claimed they sent an email outlining the charges but I did not receive. Think twice about this company and insist on a signed quote before embarking on the repair.
Great customer service. I always have issues with a lot of call centers that don’t know what there talking about, keep transferring me to other people that still don’t help or know what there doing. Everyone I spoke with there was beyond helpful and nice. Especially Gabby she had a lot of patiences and never gave any attitude. Wish I could 10 Stars!

I never go out of my way to write a review, I feel like this is the biggest scam of a company. I wasted $100 for someone to come and look at my oven. I got no emails no calls or nothing regarding any updates I called at least eight times. The price that they sent me was way over reasonable and if you pull up the parts it’s half of the parts that they wrote! I spoke to the manager Stephanie she was even more disrespectful and unprofessional than her staff. I asked her to support me and help me despite of the covert and the pandemic they were going through, she said she couldn’t do anything with an attitude! Save your money, find people that actually will help in a reasonable price

Wow, Im shocked at their low rating...I had excellent service. Yes, when you have to go through your home warranty company, things take time...especially when something BIG happens and it needs to be pre-approved...Those poor guys were here 11 hours yesterday to change out an evaporator unit in my tiny attic...in 109 degree heat! All I can say is that all 3 workers were gentlemen - capable at their job and of the 3, I must say that Tony is the BEST! Wish he was my son LOL. Nice to have AC again. Thank you PSG!
The lack of communication with this company is unbelievable. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was scheduled for a repair today and after a few hours into my service window I called for an update, they said part hasnt arrived, no one is coming. Dont you think that is information you can easily pass onto the customer prior to the service call time? My appliance has been down for over 4 months because of wrong troubleshooting and lack of customer care. They are over priced, never repair anything the first time and unfortunately they are some of the only people that repair Viking. If zero stars was an option id choose it.

They send a technician who came and did not stay more than a couple of minutes. He told me that I needed a fuse change without even unscrewing a single screw. He said he is sure 99% and that this is a common problem with this microwave. PSG charged me $99 for this very short conversation.Then the company sent me a quote for 4 parts and also said they need a second technician. The quote was for $733.67. PSG wanted me me to pay for the parts ($320.00) and charged labor of $359 before even ordering the parts. When I argued with the manager and exposed this ripoff, she tried to walk back her charge of $359 labor and said that they will only charge me for the time the two technicians will spend repairing the microwave. But then, in the middle of the argument, she said that she will not longer offer her service. I guess, she does not like informed customers.The company already charged me $99 for the few minutes the technician spent in front of my microwave.
I would recommend Premier Service Group for sure, my refrigerator and range is working again.This company was very polite and professional. Customer service was very pleasant and the people were willing to accommodate my appointment time. I even received my repair quote within the same day of service. Thought I was going to be forgotten like other companies I called, after they took my service fees. They made sure I was happy with their service.

Dispatched by my home warranty (First American). Problem diagnosed for Samsung French door fridge no longer cooling. Giving 5 stars because tech noticed an issue with the 2nd freezer. Replacement replacement parts had to be ordered. It took a week for the parts to come in. Only downside, but not faulting them. Techs were competent and professional. When the parts arrived, they came out next day to install. Fridge is back to perfect!

Absolutely terrible service. I have been waiting since November to have my microwave repaired. Each time they come out they state an additional part is needed. Nothing but excuses.
First class service. The engineer came at the appointed time. He found the problem and fixed the dishwasher within twenty five minutes. Very impressed. Will certainly use Premiere again.

I want to Thank Premier Service Group for fitting me in at the last minute. My Washer was not working and they were able to come out and fix that same day. They keep stock on common parts which helped. Thank you for the great customer service. Keep it up!

They are playing some type of game there where they come to your house, charge you for the service call, and refuse to give you an estimate in a relatively decent amount of time.I was told I would receive my estimate for 2 refrigerators within 48 hours of the tech submitting his report. The 1st estimate took 1 week and I still have not received my estimate for the 2nd fridge...3 weeks later.I call and wait for over 5 minutes for them to answer the phone even though their phone recording says Im 1st in line.The girl says she can not give me the quote over the phone but her manager needs to email it to me. They always say they will get it to me by the end of the day but it never arrives.Today I called at 2:30pm and begged her to send it to me before they leave for the weekend. I asked what time they closed and she said they close at 5pm. I said fine but if she could please rush the quote. She says they will send it to me in 30 minutes to an hour but definitely before they close at 5pm. I said fine. 4:30pm came and no email. I called and their recording said that they close at 3pm!!! They dodged me again!!!They cant actually be a legitimate business. I will go there next Tuesday to demand my estimate if I do not receive it over the weekend.
Awful customer service, one star is too much. Premier Service Group came out to our home as a service provider through our American Home Shield warranty. When they left over a week ago they promised to get back to us about the parts needed to fix our oven. Frustrated that I hadnt heard back I call them and was informed, we are still looking online for the required parts. Really?! I am sure if I hadnt initiated a call to them they probably wouldnt have ever gotten back to us. I suggest you do yourself a favor find someone that cares about their customers to service your appliances.

My mom had her dryer serviced on Friday May 13th by tech Anthony Molina. He never opened the appliance covers. There was never a problem with the washer, only a problem with the dryer. He recommended they buy a brush from Home Depot to clean the dryer. They were charged $99 for the washer and $59 for the dryer. The dryer was not fixed and the washer was never an issue. My parents called the Appliance Doctor and they replaced two parts and charged them $185 and the dryer now works like new. My mom called Premier Service Group to request a refund and was told it would be handled. A couple of weeks later she followed up and was told that her request for a refund would be denied because it was a service call. My parents are now filing a claim to Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you guys for ripping off seniors.
I do not remember ever dealing with a company as horrible as this. The manager Stephanie is incompetent and not truthful. You can only reach her is she happens to answer the phone because everyone else has quit or gone on break. I waited 6 weeks for a part and then they brought out the wrong part. I had ordered the part myself and when they put it in the broke the door on my wine cooler which they then refused to fix claiming it was broken. Not only was it not broken the first service tech never indicated it was broken. This is the most incompetnet business i have ever dealt with. It is amazing they are still in businress. Dont use them!!!
Like previous customers have said, Premier Service Group is a joke.. They are over priced dont guarantee their work. Customer care Ashley, and Stephanie the supervisor are very rude and make it seem as I was rude to them. The owner needs to see these comments maybe he or she reconsiders to wipe out customer care unit and replace it with real professional ones. It seems like they can charge anyone whatever price they want. That there rises suspicion. If I was the owner and wanted my company to thrive further I would consider the people I hire. Making a mockery of premier service group. What a joke.
I absolutely love this company and their service! I had a hose go out on my washing machine, I called my AHS Home Warranty company they sent out PSG, when they called to set the appointment I gave them the Make, Model and part number that was needed and they were out the next day with the part and my washer repair was completed in under an hour!I couldn’t be more please with my entire experience!I highly recommend this company for all of your appliance repairs!
THIS COMPANY MAKES MONEY BY THE $99 THEY COLLECT TO SHOW UP, NOT AN ACTUAL WORK!I called them for an emergency, I had to follow up the day after and finally got a technician in my location after 48 hours. Only the office is allowed to talk to customers about the issue, cost and lead time, not the technician! They quoted me $1400 to fix evaporator leak for a $700 refrigerator I purchased 3 years earlier! and a lead time of one week! I had a similar issue with my old refrigerator, fixed much cheaper in one visit.
Poor service. Contacted them for service/repair and technician was late to appointed time. Paid for diagnose, leak in refrigerant line, and technician repair recommendation was to weld refrigerant line or install a leak sealant in the system. I was to be contacted in 1 or 2 days for repair quote. After calling them 4 days later (left message in voicemail), they finally emailed a quote a day after. The repair that was supposed to fix a leak on a refrigerant line (diagnose from technician) was now a quote that included replacement of Heat Exchanger, Evaporator and Drier
Bosch contracted PSG to service the recall repair of our dishwasher. The power supply was supposed to be swapped, an easy fix. I was unable to be home and my wife was present to have the technician, Robert, complete the job. I spoke to Robert over the phone and discussed what was being done. This professional repair man could not get a simple sliding drawer out of the way to complete the job. When I got home to the unfinished job, I slid the drawer out in about 30 seconds and called the company to confirm I only needed to plug in the power supply (cord). Mind you, our drawer had to be emptied with glassware all around the kitchen, my wife was required to keep a 5 hour window of her work time available and would be required to again, and the PSG supervisor, Stephanie, could not ask her technician if I needed to plug the unit in. What a dysfunctional and unprofessional company. Look somewhere else if you enjoy helpful customer service and empathetic staff. My next call is to Bosch to discuss their bad choices in contractors to represent the repair of their great appliances.
Did not like their service. The technician serviced my washing machine, he said it was fixed. I tried washing some clothes right after he left and the machine was still broken. Tried calling Premier again hoping the tech would come back. Never came backWill not use their service again.

I had been having problems with my Viking oven for a while. I had Taylors Appliance come out and after misdiagnosing the problem the first time, then coming out again and saying I needed a new thermostat and it would be $400...and then waiting about a month for them to get it in, I thought Id get a second opinion. Im glad I did with Premier Service Group because it wasnt my thermostat at all, but my relay switch, which couldve been diagnosed easily and is the first thing they look at before looking at any other problems. It was under $200 for the whole service and fix. I am now having them come out to look at my Viking dishwasher...stay tuned ;)
