My nails came out dark and i had glue all over my fingers. my nails came out very long and skinny. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE BY TUTU.

I took a friend here and myself had a fill set and pedicure..my friend had manicure and pedicure..I recommend the full pedicure it is incredible and David is an amazing artist with nails so skilled ..!!John the owner really wants each person to have a wonderful experience at his Salon..I wont go anywhere else..very clean.. follow strick guidelines for safety and health..my friend was so relaxed and rested after all her nail and pedicure experience..it is a relaxed and very nice atmosphere..Wonderful!!!!

I went to Lilys for the first time today. I called and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I consider myself to be a bit picky when it comes to my nails. I got Dip nails. After specifically explaining how I wanted my nails to be done, Anne did an AMAZING job!! I was impressed with her work and I will definitely be returning!! Im so glad I found a place that is clean, friendly, professional and not to mention has a lot of dip colors to choose from!! Thank you Anne!

My dip polish lasted a whole month. Very pleased with the work here.

Pedicure was fine but not happy with the gel manicure. At the base of my nails still there were skins left which he did not trim enough and thought would settle down with the coats of polish- but it didn’t and created bubble like appearance at the base. Also my nails are hurting from the rough side filing which made the skin bleed a little bit.

I have been going to Lily Nail and Spa for several years now. My technicians are Amy and Michelle. I always feel welcomed and they consistently go above and beyond for their clientele. Currently they are seeing clients by appointment only. They do temperature checks at the door and then advise you to wash your hands. Their are hard plastic dividers between you and your technician. Everything is cleaned regularly and rigorously. If you have tried different shops and want to support a smaller one, give them a try. John (the owner) will be happy to help you.

Anne. She made my day. She did my SNS dip with talent! I’ve never had anyone perfect my nails like she did. I’m so picky and have tried almost every salon around town. It’s taken me two years but I finally found my new fav nail tech!! And Tammy does great pedicures!!!!!! This is my new fav spot. I highly recommend this place !!!

This nail salon was very clean. The owner was there and did a very good job with social distancing and cleaning. Will definitely go back.

They somehow failed at something so simple as a manicure. The lady that painted my nails painted the first coat to cover all of my nail but the second coat didnt cover the edges which left a very noticeable line. I went back the following day and spoke to who I believe is the owner and he said they would redo the polish job as a one time courtesy. He said they dont guarantee their work on regular polish only gel polish. 🙄I can understand that, if I was complaining about chipping or something along those lines but I was complaining about the actually work/polish job. He said he would make it right which I ended up appreciating. But the woman who redid the polish for me seemed to be annoyed and irritated that she had to fix it. She didnt even remove the old polish she just painted over the old work which at the end left me with 5 coats of polish. Everytime I went to say anything at all she cut me off with ya ya ya.The polish looked bubbly and ended up peeling off the next day.To top it off I said thank you twice (for at least trying) and was completely ignored both times. Completely unprofessionall. I will never go back there again.😡

The service is AMAZING the staff is super friendly and Amy Amy Amy. She does the most amazing work I have every seen. Her suggestions are on point if your not sure and your nails last for 2 - 3 weeks. She is a sweetheart and very fast. Price is well worth it. I LOVE IT!! Very clean environment and relaxing atmosphere. GO SEE AMY!! She is AWESOME!!!!

Always pleasant. Tutu is my gal! However theyre all great. Ive been serviced by many for pedicures and my toes always look so pretty. The salon is clean, and you can tell the owner takes business seriously as he greets each customer in and out. I bring my children now and again (when I have to) and the technicians are accommodating and friendly even when we might be in their way a little. Customer comfortability and satisfaction are important or that has been my experience. They even offer their guests lemonade or tea, hot or iced. I always make an appointment ahead of time, at least the morning of when the salon opens, but usually a day or more in advance. Walk ins are seen but the salon is busy which is a great thing for them, they must be doing it right!!Over all, 5 star salon. This is a place where I can bring my children with me (if I have to) and be treated with respect about it, get quality service, and even enjoy myself with my nail tech and the prices are competitive -

Wow! I was so impressed with everyone at Lilys Nails! The owner along with his crew were so courteous and offered great service! I have never had such a pleasant experience in a nail salon. The owner was very accomodating to all that entered the salon. My technicians one male, one female both extended themselves to servicing me. I will definetly be going back and taking my mom and daughter! Way to go Lilys Salon you are a great example on how a salon should function to have loyal customers!

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Services are super and very welcoming. Music played is toward classical, spa meditation, and relaxing. A busy nail salon on weekend so make sure you call ahead to make them wait for you instead of you waiting for them.

I usually come to this nail salon and this time I was really disappointed. From the beginning I told Lisa to please reinforce 2 of my weak nails with some acrylic because they were a bit broken, I went in for a gel mani. She didnt listen to me and simply put on more layers of gel. I had to come back 2 days later and pay for what I had already asked for. It was honestly a waste of my time.Furthermore, I ended up paying a total of $40 plus gas for a gel mani that wasnt is even worth it because even the second time around, they didnt apply the gel correctly and it is chipping off. I am super upset and I plan on going in for a 3rd time for them to fix what i paid so much for. As a result i will not be going back or referring anyone to this nail salon.

Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had at a nail salon, by far! I dont even live here in California, but I flew out for my little cousins high school graduation. We decided to get our nails done the day before her grad, so we stopped by here.We called in ahead of time and asked if we can both get serviced on a Monday morning. They said yes. When I first sat to get a polish change on my toes, the man was kind but his work was gross. He filed my toe nails uneven and he slapped the polish on as if I did it myself (and I suck thats why I come to nail salons duh). I didnt feel like asking the man to fix my nails again after he already corrected it once because I was over it. I just simply asked for someone else to do my gel manicure. The lady that did my manicure was so rough, she cut me. The polish was neater tho.My cousin requested a full set and pedi when we originally called and repeated it a second time when we walked in. She was sat quickly for her full set. Im assuming the guy that handled her was the boss because he was dealing with all my issues but was not nice at all! My cousin is quiet and was telling me things she didnt like about her nails so I told him for her and he literally ignored everything I was saying. She didnt like the shape because he made them uneven and forgot about her pedicure! He said we never told him that she wanted a pedicure (a lie) or probably didnt hear it. He said he couldnt help her because he didnt have time after the full set was completed....so we were confused because obviously he needs to figure it out. He made her wait until someone else became available (15 min wait). This place was a mess that includes the employees and the work!

Vincent was great! He shaped my nails well and made my fill looking like a new set!

Worst experience ever! My daughter went there today for her birthday, the lady was super rude. Filed 3 of her fingers until it bled when I would pull away because it hurt the lady would tell her to stop moving!!!!!. Sneezed into her hand and then grabbed my hand to continue filing! She asked my daughter if she wanted regular polish or gel she told her regular but the lady put gel on. I would never go to this place ever again!

This place was FULL but the owner was really friendly and I decided to stay. It was a bit of a wait but again, they were really friendly and kind so I didnt mind it so much.WHAT I DID MIND....was that my nails were very uneven and a bit crooked. They charged me 30$ for a full set even after I pointed out they they werent even and a bit sloppy. There are way cheaper places that do waaay better work than here.

Never coming back. Went for a full set and pedicure and they didnt do my pedicure cuz it was too busy but my nails came out so bad they came off in a week. He did such a bad job and still over charged me.

Terrible service today. Sad when your paying and the boss takes your payment processes it wrong but doesnt know it because he left you standing at the counter as he walks away to talk on the phone. He didnt even hand me a receipt.
