I called on a Friday for last minute appointments to get wedding manicures for both my boyfriend and myself. We had a blast! The staff was super friendly and fun, and they did a great job on our nails. My manicure lasted TWO WEEKS before chipping. Amazing! Highly recommend this salon!

This place is good, I have a good time every time I come. (This is 3rd time) I usually just get a classic pedicure and gel nails, nothing fancy but they always do a great job.

Very nice people but the service I got was simple. I ask for a French regular nails. NOT gel that come out all crooked. I told Helen but ssid were all right. Also, had a regular french pedicure. My total bill came out to $110 dollars. I think its kind of expensive, even more when you got out of the place with cooked nails.

I came here just to get my acrylics removed (done at a different place) & it was overall a terrible experience. The lady was extremely aggressive in removing the nails, using metal clippers to pull them off or a sharp piece of plastic which kept poking me. I told her multiple times that she was hurting me but she apparently didn’t get the hint. When she was done, she filed my nails for about a minute and they came out uneven, rough, and looking very damaged. I had to take the file & finish doing it myself because she said was done already. I can’t say how well they actually do nails but I’m never coming back here again.

While waiting for technician came over here for pedicure really enjoyed the chairs, pedicure was awesome will be back

Terrible! Went here once and they didnt do what I wanted and still charged $100. Decided to give them a second chance and the lady didnt even remove my old polish all the way! My nails look like trash and they charged the same amount $100... In fact when she was done she tried to ask for 5 more dollars please... Do not go here.

I went in to take off my gel manicure, a nail repair and regular manicure. I wanted a French with silver and the my tech said she could do it with gel and it would look better, boy was she right! I love my nails. They came out amazing and my technician was absolutely pleasant and great to work with. She was meticulous in the nail repair and did an outstanding job overall. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great nail place in the city! A long lunch and perfect manicured nails! I will def come back for more.

A super relaxing spa pedicure is something I treat myself to often, and there is only one place I will go -- Joy Nails & Spa! Their shop is clean & comfy. They take their time and make sure you are pampered which, come on ladies, thats what we really want. I always leave feeling so much better: Pretty feet = pretty disposition ☺️

I wish I could give more stars. Attention to detail (even when it was closing time and im sure she wanted to go home too), super friendly, and the prices are fair. I got an acrylic fill and she replicated some designs from a picture perfectly, she even noticed details in the design I missed. Just. So. Happy! 🙂The best service and quality I could ever ask for!!! . My holy grail of salons for life love you guys!

Joy Nails & Spa is really my time to relax while getting my mani/pedi done. There is no rushing through it, which is what I love the most. Its not a factory type of environment where your manicure and pedicure is done in a rush. I recommend this place to all my girlfriends. They also enjoy their service and comforting attention.

Never again will I go there. First it was empty on a Friday evening when it should be packed. They sat me with a new lady, only reason I knew was because all the rest of the crew were hovering watching her work. And he work was as if I did it myself. Horrible manicure. Didnt know how to pain and clean up nails. Lost another customer. Wasted $25, and color came off from Friday to Monday it was off.

I had a pleasant experience. May my manicurist was super sweet and really took her time cutting my cuticles, it was quite a bit. There was also a young lady who did my pedicure, she was kind and timid. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure done which totaled at $ 43.00, not including tip. Note: When tipping it isnt including with the credit card charge. You will have to give the cash. Plus, there is a $1.00 charge to use your debit/credit card.Update: When your doing a matching gel mani and pedi color. The colors never match you mind as well do French tip on your toes or pick two different colors.

Got my eyelashes done for the first time love it

They used to be really good, so I went back and they have different people which is fine. Until two of my acrylics popped off three days after getting them, I went back in to have them fixed and they told me I needed a fill and that I was there three weeks ago and that it was my fault (which it was only 3 days). So I go home, and the next day three more come off. So I go back in there the day after and she fixes them. But then she starts painting my nails OVER MY OLD NAILPOLISH (she didn’t even take it off) and sent me on my way with the worlds ugliest, misshaped, nails. They were all different lengths and different shapes. She also filed down the side of my nail so much I started bleeding . I would give a ZERO if possible

GirllllllllllLllllll my big toe needed some love so I came through drippin askin if I could watch a Jackie Chan movie while I got my nails did and honey let me tell you I never enjoyed sushi as much as I did while I got my neon yellow pinky did. Come through and get you some

Really disappointed with cleanliness of salon ended up getting fungus under 2 nails. Two days after I got a full set. They seemed to brush it off like it was nothing. Unfortunately, they lost another customer. Wont be going back.
