Isn’t it strange that this company is technically called HR Direct Services but they’re under a completely different name? Talk about hard to find on the map!Pros: Many jobs, quick application, big staffCons: Direct Deposit problems, Assigns jobs that will have you stay as a temp for years on years, pushes forklift positions on you, doesn’t want you to succeed in your profession.This is a huge problem that happens inside of agencies but it can’t be helped. It’s simple.Men: Will be pushed to do more manual labor positions and offered some of the WORST positions that they have.Women: Will have a +1 on getting a easier and better profession, if there’s an office job, well good luck because they are first to be offered it.It can’t be helped though, when you take in Warehouses and Customers that are looking for associates, it’s all about filling the position.Sad to say there are better Agencies near the area.

HR direct in Rancho has thus far been nithing but helpful especially Joey the recruiter who helped me. He got me a job right away and has been so helpful by placing me in a good job and whenever I have a concern or questions he is always there to answer. I really enjoy working for this agency.

For starters it’s against the law to withhold someone’s W2’s. I been trying to get my W2 form for an month now . Both rancho and hacienda heights aren’t answering their phones . They been giving me the run around and when I finally got in contact with Liz (on-site manager from fabfitfun) she said they’ll be emailed out 2 weeks ago . This is so unprofessional & I’ll never in life go to an agency like this again ! Communication has been terrible since I applied but didn’t know I’d have to beg for my W2’s. Definitely has awful customer service !

Terrible agency I do not recommend they had me working along with people who weren’t even documented and had bad backgrounds. In a warehouse with no fans no break room no nothing terrible

I just got off the phone with this wonderful lady by the name of Shannelle zubia frm hr direct she was the best help i had in dealing with staffing agencys she went out her way to help me find n interview, because of her n her great assistance i will refer all my friends to hr direct

I wish i could give this place zero stars. They blast you with groups texts offering a position they already assigned you to and ignore any request to be removed. Then upon confirmation of the assignment they revoke and change every detail about the assignment that had been originally offered such as start time, wage and location. Waste of time, unprofessional, just like Staffmark maybe worse.

They ALWAYS have work for you, super reliable, super friendly, honestly wish most agency were as friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping people who need work like associates direct

The is a recruiter named Daniel and I spoke to him regarding my current work experience. He screened and judged me right on the spot and lied to me saying he was planning to submit my resume. People are looking for work not to have a person disrespect and lie to you. We have families to support.
