I went to 4 dentists before arriving at Smile Select. Im so glad I choose them to do my extraction and 2 implants and a crown (major dental work).The dentists are amazing, very little pain, if any! Wow, I didnt know dental surgery could be done so painlessly. The price on my implants were minimal! Thankyou to the professional nurses, courteous and pleasant. I know I’m not that important, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. But for only 49 dollars, it’s worth it for sure.

My boss recommended me to Smile Select and I am very happy with my services . My treatment was completed a lot faster than I expected and I would recommend Smile Select to any one. I was really happy with my implant surgery and it was painless. I had other implants placed at another office and it would take 3-4 hours to finish the whole thing, but with Dr. K it was quick, painless and done in less than hour. Thank Smile Select!

I have visited the dental office in Alta Loma twice and I must tell you that they are so wonderful. They have been taking care of my teeth which needed much work very quickly. It was very easy to make an appointment with them, their availability is awesome and waiting to go in to start my treatment is very minimum. So far my teeth are looking so much better I look forward to finishing my treatment with them and I highly recommend them.

I have been coming here for 3 years already and am always greeted very nicely. They are always on top of what I’m coming in for wether it be a cleaning or other procedures. Also they are very helpful when it comes to what my insurance will cover and what I can do to afford which procedure I might need. My mother has been going to smile select for some time I was having really bad pain so she had referred me to them they were able to get me in as an emergency appointment to get a tooth extraction. I was really impressed how they handled things with covid as soon as you get there they take your temperature ask you questions and they take you to the back to wash your hands until you get seated very clean office . The girls at the front desk Jenny and Erica are super nice they make you feel very welcomed they are great at scheduling all your appointments and answering any questions that you may have very professional. A extra shout out to Dr. Michael and Victoria thank you for making me feel very comfortable while I was there thank you for walking through my procedure and making sure I was ok you both are amazing! This is the best dentist I’ve had so far in all my past experiences. They are all so very helpful. Jenny was very helpful with the whole process getting my veneers done. She was able to make the whole process extremely easy and couldn’t be any happier with my final results. Erica is super helpful always scheduling and reminding me for my appointments and helping with last minute changes. Where do I start, lets see I am a 48 year old women whom is deathly afraid of the dentist and when I tell you that Smile Select Dentistry is thee absolute best. They make you feel comfortable from the initial phone call, I have had all my dental work done here all 5 of my children come here and husband even comes and we have absolutely no complaints they are very gentle for us scary patients.....each and every time one of us has had to have work done......we have experienced NO PAIN...which is what i was afraid of but they have totally eased my fears if you are looking for a really good dentist that do EXCELLENT WORK AND REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS PLEASE COME HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This was my first time at Smile Select Dental and I felt very welcomed. The office was clean & provided hand sanitizer as well as washing your hands when you first come in. Erica did a great job scheduling my appointment & explaining my cleaning/bleaching process.

It has been a very pleasant experience. When I call for appointments I dont have to wait and all the personnel are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. It might sounds kind of weird but I really enjoy coming to the dentist!

Ive done it all. And it was that much easier because of the care for their patients. Best staff ever!

I came in to get fitted for a take home bleaching tray in 2018. I was met with great customer service and professionalism. They told me my bleaching trays will be ready within a few days. However unfortunately due to family circumstances I was unable to find the time to come get them for weeks. Eventually I just forgot about them. However Smile Select Dental definitely didnt forget. They reached out to me numerous times to remind me of my bleaching trays and eventually after a year I found the time to come pick them up and was met with the same wonderful customer service and professionalism and my bleaching trays looking wonderful. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I was given the product I paid for and customer satisfaction guaranteed. its insane to think they held onto them for so long and tried so hard to make sure I got the product I paid for. I couldnt be more appreciative of them for this!

This was my worst experience yet. I dont like the way the dental work done. I have been in pain for over two weeks now. When i told the staff what I was experiencing was not acknowledged. When i was asking questions regarding the billing. Once again my concern were overlooked. I will NOT be returning. I would strongly suggest that before going to this Smile Select Dental in Alta Loma do your research on them,You will save yourself time, bad experience and money.. The worst...

Liz the hygienist and Dr. Brinda are always so friendly and welcoming. I personally have a lot of phobias and fears about going to the dentist but I am always put at ease here. They are great at breaking down prices and working with you to help you get what you need done without pushing unnecessary procedures.

Let’s start with the scheduled appointment. They kept on rescheduling appointments not only the days, but also the time. Time is the most expensive commodity and all should respect people’s time. The diagnostic x-rays, one of the assistants took so many x-rays because it wasn’t recording or capturing the image. The lead (Pb) protection wasn’t even properly covering the sensitive part of my body like my neck (thyroid gland) and of course my organ of reproduction. I had to fix it myself. I had 3 crowns made by them which we paid by credit card. It took me so many appointments, and even went to their far Norco office, because the bite is not properly adjusted to the point that one of the crowns came off fracturing the tooth it was attached to it. Now, I was told I need an implant. One of the assistants burn my gums with their UV light while drying the cement used in my crown. Less than two years ago, there was a tall Caucasian working for them at Alta Loma office and couldn’t managed to pull out one of my broken teeth. It was so long that it seemed he was doing exploratory laparotomy till he finally sent me to the Chino office. A more experienced and skillful dentist of Indian descent took it out in no time. He was very good.The office manager Jenny is good with her job, dental business office financials, just dont know if shes good with yours ( patients). The dentist at Chino Hills (Dr. Parimal Kansagra) is really very good though. He makes sure that his patients are well educated with the procedures that he is about to perform so you, the patient, can make an informed decision or consent.One of my family members wrote an excellent one or two liner review just because everybody else was writing a good review and she wasn’t even happy with the dental work she received. So please if you have something to say that can help your fellow patients, write it. Don’t just go with the crowd and if this review could help even one patient, then my time in writing this review is all worth it.Thank you for your time.

My experience with Dr K and Sylvia and Dr Brown and Amber Lucy have been the best I can ask for. They made me comfortable through all my surgeries. Dr K has been more tha kind with my finances. And his sense of humor is very relaxing through it all. I definately will look forward to come back.

I was very nervous to go to the dentist since I have not been in for a very long time. I honestly hate the dentist but every one was so nice and educated me on how to keep my mouth healthy. Dr. Brenda was very gently and caring. I am happy to say that a I finally found a dental office I look forward to going in. I learned that it never gets better but only worse and together we are on getting my mouth healthy again.

I had been going to the same dental office for about 3 years and ended up at Smile Select in Alta Loma because I had a lot of pain but my dental office was closed for the next three days. I went to the ER which by the way was a waste of time because all they did was tell me I have to go to my dentist and gave me a prescription. I looked up dentists in my area and came across Smile Select. They were able to see me the same day and pulled my tooth. I was impressed with their hopitality and bed side manner. I have been with them now for a year now and do not plan on going any where!

I have been on my invisalign journey for a few months now. I have been so pleased with the whole experience. Dr. Brinda has been wonderful. Very gentle and always informing me on every step of the way. The whole staff is respectful, helpful and friendly. My previous dentist had told me I could not get braces or invisalign, and I was literally heartbroken. I needed some dental work done but I wanted to find another dentist. So long story short, I decided not to go to a dentist in the High Desert, too many bad experiences throughout the years. I found Smile Select Dental, and I have never regretted my decision. I had dental work done and also was informed by Dr. Brinda that I was a candidate for invisalign! That was such a happy day for me. I highly recommend Smile Select Dental and Dr. Brinda. I am one of the back office assistant here at Smile Select Alta Loma, I have been working with the company for about 3 years now and I can truly say I love my office. Our office is friendly and clean, and we take patients very serious. Out staff is amazing, Jenny who is our office manager is friendly and loves helping patients. Erica our front office is always on top of scheduling our patients and always has a smile on her face.Liz is our hygienist, patients love to get a cleaning by her. Briyit our back office assistant is friendly and loves to laugh and help patients. As for me, I am the other assistant in the back, I love helping patients and understanding their needs. Lastly, our wonderful dentist Dr.Brinda Kansagra, whos main priority is to help patients get healthy again and providing patient education. I am also a patient here, Dr.Brinda currently did some fillings on me. I do not like shots but I did not feel anything. I recommend everyone.

Last year I went to Smile Select to get some implants. They were offering a grant under the condition that you need to have dental Insurance. I also took out a loan to cover the additional cost being that they quoted me $10,400 at the end they used up all my dental coverage that in addition I had to pay $1,000 . They started the process on my teeth, but every time I went to my appointments I was re routed to another office that was farther from my home. And every time I went to my appointments the doctor was never there and they had dental students working on me. This process took a year and half and every time I had issues because the screws kept falling off, they didnt have any available appointments. At the end of the process the appointments stop with their excuse being that the tech was out for a month and that they were waiting for some parts which took over 30 days. I called them ask ask for the parts so that I can go somewhere else and finish the work and they refused saying they had to talk to the owner which was on vacation. To date I have not received a call and I ended up going to another place and paying alot more money to fix my teeth. Smile select is SCAM. Stay away from this place.

I had an appointment for 3:00 pm and they rescheduled me for 3:30 and then told me they didnt and that I missed my appointment and would have to wait 2 hours to be seen. I have a transcript of the voice mail they left me stating that the 3:00 app was canceled. I had my own x rays and was only going in to get a quote. Dumb.
