All of the staff are so nice and everyone puts a smile on my face. Everyone is very professional and my cleaning was so gentle. Everyone has genuine great energy and I won’t go anywhere else. Love coming here for cleaning or any other treatment. I would highly recommend anyone who needs dental services to come here. So glad I came here and found this place! I will absolutely be letting all my friends and family know about this office.

This place is awesome. They remind you your scheduled appointment. I had 3-4 procedures done in this place and they did my procedures as gentle as they can so not to feel pain and not to feel too much pressure. My appointment will be on the 16th and i know they’ll do great on my teeth.

I have been coming to this office for many years even after I moved 50 miles away. It’s hard these days to find a trustworthy dental office. And I feel like I can trust the doctors and nurses to take good care of me without up charging. Thank you lifetime dental!

Lifetime Dental was the only dentist who answered my call after hours when I had an emergency. They had me scheduled immediately for the next day.I appreciate their level of service, friendliness and professionalism. They are now my new dentist.

Where do I even begin !!!!The absolute wrong service and customer service I have ever experienced. I went in on 11/18/2020 for a check up and cleaning. At that time a dentist recommended I have a root canal and replace a crown at which time I agreed. I was told a deposit was needed so a debt of $500 was left and an appointment was scheduled for 11/30/2020 upon arrival that same dentist told me that he would not be able to do the root canal because he didn’t have enough experience to complete the treatment but that he would start it and refer me to a specialist ( ok at this point I’m not going to pay to locations to work on the same tooth ) then he walked out and the office manager (Ariana) entered the room with clip board in hand 🤔 to begin to explain that the dentist would be preparing the one that and working on another for a new crown and that additional fees would be needed ( at this point I was not okay with any of this ) I explained to her that I was not comfortable at all with what was going on and that I felt like I was being taken advantage of and no procedure was going to be done.I then told Ariana that I wanted a refund of my $500 and was told that the corporate of had to sent the refund by form if a check.As of today 12/22/2020 I have not received a check of my refund and I’ve left several messages requesting the corporate phone number and have received no response from Ariana or her office.Such a horrible way to run an office.Just out to take advantage of people.I’m going to the better business bureau to file a complaint !!!This is Five Hundred Dollars for services not rendered and during these difficult times unacceptable !!!!

I had the best experience today at lifetime dental. I walked in nervous and scared. I had a cavity and needed a fill. The last time I had this done I had a reaction to the Novacaine. Dr Lin gave me a different anesthetic. She was so fast and gentle. I hope to never have another cavity again! but if I do.. I will only see her.!! I get my teeth cleaned from Nicole. She’s amazing too! I highly recommend lifetime dental to anyone seeking a clean professional gentle dentist.

I really enjoy coming to this office! The doctor is really friendly and so are the staff! I got a teeth cleaning here and had some staining from dark teeth that I drink. The hygienist actually fully got rid of the stains I had on the front of my bottom teeth! I am so happy, it looks great! I love coming here. In general the office is really friendly and make the experience of coming to the dentist a lot easier.

I am a big chicken when it comes to the dentist so I dont go as often as I should. But they always put me at ease. Great and friendly staff.

I’m no longer nervous when I come to the dentist because the Lifetime Dental team is awesome and very welcoming. All of my previous dental issues and have been taken care of and I’ve been more than satisfied with the result. Lifetime Dental has gone above and beyond in my dental care. They take the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly, and also explain what is and is not covered by my insurance. They have many advanced options to help my gums heal faster and easier.

Went to the dental office today. The staff was great. The dental hygienistI had Nicolette I loved here. She was the best I have ever had clean my teeth.

I was with the previous dentist, Dr. Tidwell, for over 10 years and he and his staff were top notch. My teeth are in great shape and I rely on their expert help to keep it that way. The transition to the new practice has been uneventful. I love that my dental hygienist, Janet, is still there because she is the best! And the new dentist is wonderful too. I never hesitate to recommend this dental group.

I came in for a cleaning and the asian dentist asked if Im 61 years old. This was after i stated i am 51 years old and writing that info down on the form i filled out. I dont look 61. Other than that, the cleaning went well which was done by another staff member.

I was so glad to have found this dentist! I was searching for one that would expand my sons jaw to open the airway and help with the placement of his teeth as he looses them eventually and gets his adult teeth in. He is only 5 and we started the process and so far its going great! I was going to drive all the way to Northridge for this but thankfully we found Lifetime dental in time and its only 10 minutes away!.

Had a great experience. The staff is very courteous and professional. They were very informative about what was going to happen and why it needed to happen. I was very comfortable talking with the staff and had no doubts that they knew how to handle any problems that may arise with my teeth! I definitely recommend them!

No Pain when I have my individual procedures. Im not afraid to be in the chair because of 1, praying that I have no pain and 2, they are very gentle and efficient to get the job done without involving unnecessary pain. When they need to get a specialist involved, its the right specialist.Great place to go.

I dont quite get the glowing reviews for this dental office. Probably because the average person doesnt understand the profession, and the technical aspects such as dental numbering; dental codes; tooth surfaces, etc. I wondered why this office puts emphasis on being a hygienists professional and why they need to post an assurance that all dentists are certified. I found out the hard way. Soon after joining this office, I had to cancel my dental insurance. Paul said not to worry, he would hook me up with Care Credit. They submitted their claim for my treatment plan to the tune of $1,982. Once I took a good look at it and determined they were charging me for two crowns, I asked them to credit me and delete one of the crowns. I did receive the credit from Care Credit. However, as I was dutifully paying down my balance to Care Credit, I was receiving the worst service ever. Dr. Jin gave me a crown and two tooth restorations. I am unable to chew on that side of my mouth to this day. Additionally, when it was time to get periodontal maintenance, they added it to my treatment plan as something new when in fact they had already been paid through Care Credit for this part of my treatment. Recently, Care Credit reimbursed me for this additional charge but now I must seek restitution for the work that was done so poorly. When it was time for my periodontal maintenance, I had to remind them that I had already taken my pre-medication and they were making me wait too long after my appointment. The new hygienist rushed through the treatment, did a poor job and did not complete it with the polishing. Nothing was deep about the cleaning and certainly did not feel like it. The office has only being doing business for three years, even though they are connected to the head office in Lake Forest which has been around for some time. By the way, Paul disappeared shortly after he submitted my application to Care Credit. Please educate yourselves on the Dental Profession. Its confusing but worth the trouble to learn.
