As a truck driver this place was excellent I got there I got a door right away once I parked they had me loaded with the paperwork in my hand in less than 35 minutes.

Rude mexican didnt have his taco today. All I asked was is it okay for me to back up to a dock and unload myself since Im 2 hrs early. No!!! You could come back at 11:30 instead. Plz my appointment is at 11:00

I worked there for over 5 years. Enjoyed working for a family run company. Had plenty of opportunity for overtime, in fact made more money there than any other company i had worked for before that. I also gained a lot of experience which will last a lifetime, glad to of had a chance to work there, would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for work or to anyone looking to do business with them. Someone needs to teach the truck drivers how to drive. While in traffic on a two lane each way street (Mariposa in victorville by the mall) the truck driver decided he needed to get over into my lane and was going to hit me if he had to. He was on my passenger side and as soon as there was a tiny amount of room he went over into my lane almost hitting my car. My sensors were going off and I had to move myself over into the oncoming traffic lane so that he wouldn’t hit my car. Yes, he did see me given he came up on my passenger side and was also using his review mirror looking at my car as he decided to come over. There was zero room for him. I had to make it. Putting myself in danger so he wouldn’t hit my car.Apparently NOONE on the website or contact info knows how to reach back out so here we are.Externally rude and completely UNSAFE.I have photos of the truck and time if anyone needs to see the info.

DRIVERS!Truck entrance on Tacoma

Theres really nothing to like about the job or company. No benefits, incentives or bonuses low pay, hard work, unorganized. trucks, trailors, hand-trucks, curb-ramps all out dated and in poor condition. I worked there just over a year, I drove both tractor-trailer & straight trucks, I took defected equipment out all the time almost on a daily basis The sad part about it is they were well aware of the status but werent a bit concerned. What they were concerned about was me getting in the vehicle anyway and making their deliveries regardless of how it put me or my license at risk. Ive had tire blowouts and instead of calling a mechanic they had me drive the truck to the nearest truck stop to save money from the service call once for 51 miles and the other for 107, Not to mention when I got back they tried not to pay me for part of the time I was waiting at the mechanic shop. The equipment WILL breakdown and when it does theres no telling what route theyll take to save money even if it means taking it from you. After a year I finally refused to take out anymore defected equipment and within 2 weeks it got me fired. Dont think your gonna go anywhere and voice your concerns the company is owned and operated by 5 brothers who all hold positions of authority. Theres also the general manager, his brother and the GMs son who also all have positions of authority so dont waste your breath. Both times I refused was for the same tractor-trailor but after the first time i noticed they were doing things to try and make me quit I saw thru them tho. For example a driver crashed a straight truck and buckled a portion of the roof the next morning they gave it to me to use when i got back THEN they put it out of service. When i started working there they told me after 1 year I would earn 6 days of Flex-Time (same as vacation). But after the new law regarding the mandatory 3 days Sick-Leave they took 3 days of my Flex-Time and replaced it with the 3 days Sick-Leave so in all reality your only earning 3 days a year. They dont pay holidays and if by chance they do youll only get 4 hours. Youll be responsible for collecting checks/cash if you lose any of the cash they WILL take it out of your check. But If your desperate for a driver job (Class A-B) then your in luck they hire almost anybody, but just keep in mind when you see everything that was said unfolding itself...Remember...you were told. Theyll sweet talk you and tell you they wanna build relationship with you and call you buddy/pal & thank you for everything but in all reality theyre WOLVES in sheeps clothing !!!
