I had no great expectations because my carpet was very stained in places but I figured at least it would be better than nothing. Well I am thrilled with the results! It looks amazing; stains are completely gone in most places and any discoloration is in high traffic areas around the edges. Mike (the owner) is a really nice guy too! I can not say enough about Quikdry Carpet and Tile Cleaning. Hands down some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called on Saturday afternoon, wanting service for Sunday the next day. Mike the owner was very professional and accommodating of my schedule. While setting my appointment he asked all the questions that he needs about my location, parking and floor plan to insure that the appointment runs smooth. He communicates via text message to confirm the appointment at the end of the call and also to let you know when he is in route the day of. He was on time, and provided me a wealth of information about the process, his equipment and products. I have a dog and was concerned about an accident my dog had had. I would have thought that I needed the pet treatment throughout, but he is VERY honest and only charged me for an area where I only needed it. He even came with a little light that shows you exactly where the issue is and literally took the time to point out the actual areas, as it was hard to see. He could have easily charged me for the whole living room, as that is what I was prepared to pay for and thought I needed. I was super impressed as I really appreciate a thorough explanation of the services I am paying for and why I may or may not need something. He’s personable, funny and makes you feel very comfortable, which is a plus because I didn’t feel the awkward uncomfortable feeling that can come with having a complete stranger in your home for service. It was literally like having your cool neighbor that you have known for 10 yrs or so over to clean your carpets. He was fast efficient and boy did he do an amazing job! In addition to all the carpets, he also cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and entryway. IT LOOKS AMAZING!!! He was also courteous to close the door behind him each time he had to step out, and would also tell me when and why he needed to step out. He did all of this on a day that was about 100 degrees (also very impressive). Just an amazing display of customer service and any other attribute you would want for outstanding service. Moving forward having my carpets cleaned won’t feel like such a chore, and I would absolutely not have them cleaned by anyone else.

This time I had my carpets as well as all my tile areas done and the tiles looked like they were new and about the way they were, when I first bought my house. Our carpeting is wonderful again! A year-and-a-half of safer at home took its toll on our carpets, particularly in the room I use as a sewing room. My kitchen floor tiles are 20 years old and in decent shape but I can’t scrub them anymore because the texture has what I call “little holes” so I called QuickDry after reading good reviews that they steam out dirt and grim and my tiles area is 300sqft.so the cost was reasonable I’m glad because my husband didn’t want to buy new flooring because he likes the tiles and now I do too so I may do this once a year for the “little holes” texture and still mop twice a week like normal thank you for my first time professional floor cleaning

These guys are simply amazing! I called to get a quote and they promptly responded to all of my questions. The scheduling process was easy. I had 2.5 rooms of tile cleaned that hadnt been professionally cleaned in years. My tile looks brand new again. I originally planned on removing my floors and installing darker wood tile.
