We used Nicos services for water damage to walls & carpet due to recent roof leak & heavy rains. Nicos & staff were reliable, clean and efficient. He never failed to call before showing up to work at our house. Also, he could be easily reached by phone or text, and always returned calls promptly. He and his workers were patient and extremely helpful during this difficult process. We felt their pricing was very reasonable.

Wow! Such amazing service! I needed an area rug cleaned, made an appointment with Nico and then cancelled it because I was fearful that the chemicals used might have a negative effect on my chemical sensitive child. He worked with me to find a product I felt most comfortable with, sending me pictures of various options and his own insight on what might be best. He even offered to double rinse it for me to make sure there was as little chemical residue as possible left behind. He knew I wanted the rug back before an event at my home and worked to get it done on time, even bringing it to his home to let it finish drying...on a Saturday...when he doesnt work! I was so impressed and THANKFUL! The rug looks like new!!!

Great and quick restoration service! Nico is a great guy and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I highly recommend him.Now if you need to repair after a restoration service tell Nico to NOT recommend Rick Thompson Construction as that guy is a wolf is sheeps wool, horrible! This Carpet cleaning company Is honestly an excellent choice for all your carpet needs. I had some work done a couple of weeks ago and they did a wonderful job in making sure all work was done to my satisfactory.
