Excellent shop spoke to Trenton and I had a feeling he was honest and very knowledgeable on diesels. Visited several shops in the Riverside area and ALL told me the motor was tired and needed replacement. Four days later at Mad Tech Diesel and the truck is running better than before with 1/10 the cost. Due to the length of my stay on Earth when you see a clean shop, tools organized, office and keyboard clean, 9 out of 10 you will received great service. Trenton and his crew at MadTechDiesel are top notch. Great prices and great service. Trenton communicates very well and kept me informed of the issues he found in my truck and updated on his progress.You always hope that everything goes perfect, but the sign of a really good mechanic is how do they handle it when there is a hiccup. Well we did have a small issue pop on the test drive, but Trenton showed his professionalism staying cool, handling the issue easily and immediately. When you see people advertise or a review of an honest mechanic your first inclination is to say “Sure, yeah right, everyone says that”! Let me tell you first hand my experience with Brystrom Automotive today...I’m in the medical field and have a Diesel engine vehicle..during this pandemic I clearly have lacked sleep..after work I went and got fuel..I wasn’t paying attention and pressed the gas button with the green sticker assuming it was diesel...it wasn’t..it was regular gas instead! $19.50 in I realize what I did and stopped pumping the gas...I knew I couldn’t start the engine or more damage would happen..I randomly googled any mechanic to service my car ASAP and came upon Bystrom Automotive! Panic stricken and running on borrowed time started rambling on to the man who answered my call to what just happened..Trenton was his name..he put me at ease immediately and said “Don’t worry I’ll take care of you”. He sent a tow truck to get this nurse who was a damsel in distress within 15 mins or so..had my vehicle towed to his shop all the while thinking about the expensive screw up this was going to be.. I get to the shop and he and his boys get to work on draining the fuel and flushing this and that and whatever else needed to be done! Not only was I done in just a a couple of hours or less but at the most decent and way reasonable price ever given in ANY car repair I’ve had! Saved my money. Saved my time and gave me peace of mind by walking away content feeling like I came up in my “karma“, today! Paying it forward is what we all need to do at some point in our chaotic lives! I can’t tell any of you how HONEST & RESPECTFUL this crew at Bystrom Automotive are! To all the ladies out there who may be or not be like me if you have a car that needs work and your not sure what’s wrong with it or are afraid you may get ripped off or taken advantage of because we lack knowledge regarding automotive repairs THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME TO!
