I have been taking my cars here for 6 years now. Chris and Dan are awesome, they are always straight forward and extremely helpful. A & A has been keeping my cars on the road and running great!! Dealt with Chris Calhoun who was excellent. I had just paid $900.00 to have my A/C overhauled and it immediately blew hot air. The shop I had it done at wanted an additional $1800.00 to re-overhaul it. Chris mechanics replaced my compressor, tensioner, and belt and completely overhauled my A/C and said if it doesnt work they will re-do it for free, thus backing up their work. Found this repair shop on Facebook, and I gotta say I was a little hesitant after reading a negative review or two. My friends advised me it was their “go-to” shop in Rancho though. So reluctantly.. I dont usually give reviews, but I wanted to ensure I took the time out for this one. I needed the brakes on my car replaced. I called to make an appointment and I was taken in tight away. The business owners were very nice and the waiting area was very clean. I was expecting a huge bill for the work. But not only did I NOT get a huge bill, I was told what work needed done that day and what could wait. I was amazed because a lot of shops will try to get as much $ as possible. Well of course I opted to have it all done. But again, the bill was so much less than I expected. My daughter in law referred me with rave reviews and she was right! They do everything as far as car maintenance and their pricing is very affordable. I absolutely recommend this business and will never go anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance. About a week ago my car brakes got shot out, they squeaked and scared the wife terribly. I wasnt too sure if I could trust a local shop to take care of my most prized possession (1952 impala) but oh boy was I taken back, today the team and A&A not only helped save my car, but provided me with some of the greatest conversations Ive ever had!!

4/26/19I first positive and warm interactions with other customers while waiting on my brake/rotor repair.Dan rotated a customers tires free of charge! Never heard free of charge at the dealers I’ve been to.These prices are actually a steal compared to the places I’ve been, a breathe of fresh air since I do have some major maintenance I need to be doing on my car. I feel as though I’m getting my money’s worth with great customer service 5/5.

I made an appointment with maxcare my warranty and when I showed up they had no knowledge of my appointment, turns out this is an issue with carmax and their apt system.I brought in my car for a few issues; tire sensor, brake light, ac and sun visor.I called my warranty ahead of time to verify what is covered and what isnt.Surprisingly they told me my sensors were fine and just needed air (went off again as I drove away), my sun visor isnt covered( it was, I just had to call multiple times for it.), never touched my brake lights, and the only thing fixed was AC but made it sound like he did me a huge favor despite it being covered.I paid nothing Thanks to warranty but YOUR money and time are better elsewhere.Edit: clarifying information.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for these guys. Talk about knowledge and professionalism. I had major damage to my car after hitting a dog. Dustin got me in very quickly and fixed everything for almost half the price I was quoted elsewhere. I live in Big Bear and only take my vehicles to A&A because they are honest, dependable and very knowledgeable. Awesome shop and and awesome people.

The team at A&A was amazingly helpful to me! I grew up just down the road from them but I now live in Chicago. My beloved 1966 Mustang has been sitting in my parents driveway for many years and was totally inoperable. (Flat tires, no brakes, damaged hood and much more.) I called A&A to see if they could help me fix it up the Mustang well enough so that it could be shipped to Chicago. My father is the original owner of this car so you could imagine how worried I would be letting someone take care of it. A&A arranged to pick up the car, got it fixed up enough so that it could be shipped to me. (I wish I had the cash on hand for a full restoration but that will have to wait.) A&A took care of a lot of details for me that I would have been hard for me because I was out of state. My project was probably not the hardest repair they have ever done I cant thank them enough for going the extra mile to help me out. Great team & great service. My parents now have all of their work done at A&A.

Highly recommend Dan and A&A Automotive. Dan was amazing! He made sure I could get my window repaired as quickly as possible since it was raining. He worked with my warranty company and kept me informed throughout the process. Not once did I have to follow up with him. He even squeezed in an oil change while he had my car at a very fair price. Went to this shop after it was recommended by a friend a few years back and now its my ONLY go to place! As a girl, Ive had people trying to mislead me into paying more for whatever service was needed but definitely not the case with A&A. After comparing prices on issues I have had with my cars through the years, it has became evident that I need not compare anymore. My car was leaking water and I had no idea what was wrong I didnt know where to go... I found this place off of google/Yelp and took my chancesI went to the shop and was helped by Dan who let me know it was my radiator that had a leak and I needed to get it replaced. Since it wasnt in stock, they had ordered it for me.I came back a couple days later and they were able to replace it, my car now works great, and the leak is gone.I definitely recommend coming here, thank you!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, these guys got me in and out on the friday special, they couldnt properly align my vehicle, still charged me the full price. I paid these guys to let my tires wear uneven and my 4x4 completely out of commission due to how bound up my front end is. I would not recommend using g their services.

Ive been working with Dan at A&A for several years with many of my familys cars. Hes always been honest, fair and his team have always been great!

I would not recommend this shop. Bad Customer Service, Bad Communication .Was given the Wrong Part Sent, Part not here yet song and dance. Decided to pick up the car after four days, order the part and do the 20 minute job myself. Save myself about $350The owner Dan seems bothered that you walked in. Chris comes across as professional and genuine . Overall your left with the feeling they have too much work to be bothered with you and your issue.

I recently contacted A & A regarding tires for my Dodge pick-up. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and professionalism they displayed while speaking with them. I wound up purchasing new tires from them and again was very happy with their pricing and most of all the service they provided. I would highly recommend them for any of your Automotive needs.

So far Chris and his team have been professional from answering the phone, questions I was going to ask before I even asked them, and a proper pricing with parts and labor estimate after inspection. Will get brakes done tomorrow.

Took my car to A&A to get an alignment. dint feel right after so i took it back. the guy told me that there isnt anything else they can do about it. so now i took it to another shop around the corner and they told me that the alignment was off by allot. they even showed me the test result sheet that shows how off the alignment is.have you been in there waiting room? its dirty and smelly there is an old coffee machine and water dispenser that are full of dust. i dint even want to sit on there chairs.

If you have a modified car with aftermarket camber arms I wouldnt recommend this place for alignment. They were too lazy to work on my car and on the spot my alignment looked good but later in realized they didnt do much. Find a better place

Was in Rancho working and had a blowout on my work truck. googled a and a automotive on my phone and went there to see if they could help me out. They replaced my tire for a fair price, but also noticed that my water pump was leaking. They stayed late and finished the waterpump and got me home safely. Just wanted to say thanks for the great service.

Dont waste your time or money going there.

Had a SUV taken in for both front wheel bearing replacement. My family had many cars over the years (10+ cars) and never ran into replacing wheel bearing before so was kind of scary to get it replaced and where.Im a DIY kind of guy and figure I can do it myself for approximately the same cost or a little more but figure my time is short and had to find a place to press out my bearings so Ill take it to a shop if the price was right.I was at Caliber Collision for something else and saw three auto repair shops across the street. I decided to ask how much would it cost. Two of them (including A&A gave me a fair price -~200 bucks per front side) . The third one was talking out of left field so I eliminated him real quick.I choose A&A since Dan informed me he uses only the best bearings (Timkens) and Im aware of Timkens from my research online. Also he said hell only need the car for 3 hours.So after contemplating for a week, I dropped it off Monday morning at 8AM. Got a call at 11AM stating it was completed. I picked it up and it drove nice again without the crunching/creaking at low speed right hand turns. So my problem is fixed. for $400 bucks total as promised.Mazda dealership I called wanted about ~300 for labor/$80 for bearings each side, so I saved about half.Only small grip is initial customer service could of been better. I would expect, Hi, Im _______, how can I help you? But its more, Yeah, what do you need?. Also, when filling out the form, the paper and pen was toss on the counter right in front of me like Im taking his money (not grateful that hes getting a customer in me). Im not going to deduct a star for this as all the three shops I visited initial customer service was just averageelow average. I know the service job on the car is what matters in this case more than the service to me and I understand Im at an autoshop and not a 5 star hotel/restaurant/Disneyland - but there could always be room for constructive criticism - as sometimes, the little things matter.

These guys get it done. Reasonable! I pay for quality!
