This place is absolutely wonderful Jesse is amazing. I called him I never been in that shop before but hes close to my home and I called him regarding my engine mounts some rubbing going on in my car some shaking vibration weird sounds and my car just felt off. I asked him when I can bring my car in if it would be okay to do an early bird drop off he said yes thats fine so I did so. He was so professional mind you I never met this man in person yet I called him a few minutes after 8:00 he was already sitting in my vehicle when I called listening and seeing what was wrong I asked him if he could please do a full diagnostic of my car since Ive had my car for 2 years and Ive never had anybody look at every single thing in my car. He had no problems with listening to me, and my concerns which there was a lot. He told me he would look and see whats going on and call me when he was finished. He called about two three hours later explained everything they needed to be done to my car I needed some engine mounts new back brakes thats my throttle was dirty needed to be cleaned went over a couple other things but said Im going to tell you the ones that are most important now. He didnt say things that were unnecessary or added in he gave me exactly what was wrong with the car he also gave me great prices on all of the parts and they were not off brand parts. My bill is well over $1,000 which I expected because the parts that I needed were a little expensive because I dont want junky parts but he was very understanding towards my finances. I have been ripped off I have been told things were wrong when they werent Ive been misdiagnosed before and even the dealership is lied to me so Im very leery of car repairs I get very nervous and a lot of anxiety. I cant take chances of my car I have one car and my husband are both essential workers and I have a daughter as well that car is our life our well-being our lifeline. Jesse told me my car would be ready about 5:30 I showed up such a nice man very very nice man very professional thorough and takes the time to listen and fixes my car like it is brand new my car has never drove as well as it does now. Theres not one rattle bing bang not one shake not one quiver my brakes feel amazing I am so happy thank you Jesse you are now my new mechanic and I mean that Im loyal to the end so if you want a good mechanic and good service and good prices you need to go to Als garage and ask for Jesse!!!!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you you are blessing to me and my family!!

Clean, honest and dependable. I had a major tune-up done on my Highlander . Having a family now, I honestly just wanted it done correctly. Als garage ( Jesse del Rio) has shown that he has gone above and beyond to gain my business. I will be sending him all my friends and family. Thanks again Jesse.

Too pricey! I went for a AC compresor and he was trying to charge me $1,247. I saw the estimate he printed out and was a total of $771. I don’t know where did he get the extra $476 from. I think he was trying to rip me off since I am a girl. But I gave him 3 stars because he did fix my blower last year but I definitely won’t need his services again.

Giving mechanics a review is a tough thing to do, because sometimes your repairs are easy, and sometimes theyre chasing ghosts and gremlins. But in all of my visits to Als Garage, Ive never been less than fully satisfied. Routine service is exceptional and affordable. And even on the tough stuff, Jesse has been spot on. Im not uninformed when it comes to cars, and Ive brought him more than one problem that I was SURE was caused by X. Jesse said it was actually caused by Y, and sure enough, he was right. Hes saved me a lot of money. Everyone knows when you find a good mechanic, you hang on to him. Well, Ive found a GREAT mechanic.

8/21/2018Consumer Beware!! Ive know Jesse for 13+ years.... My family and I have used his services all the way up until today!!! I contacted him on 8/13 to drop off my 2012 FORD RAPTOR for an oil change, brake inspection, and possible coolant leak from a previous repair done by him. He said he would check the truck out, and get back to me with an estimate for repairs like he had in the past... Little did I know he was driving my truck from his shop to his home, and using it on a daily basis for 8 days for personal errands!!!!! I contacted him on 8/16 initially for a follow up as I had not heard from him for 3 days.. He advised he was still diagnosing my vehicle and would get back to me. Something didnt feel right to me.... I logged into the gps unit on the vehicle, and was shocked to find out that it was parked at his home on Sunday 8/19! Keep in mind his shop hours are Monday-Friday closed Saturdays and Sundays. I took an opportunity to reviewed the daily log on the device as to where my truck had gone. It not only went to and from his shop, in Rancho Cucamonga, to Upland, and lastly his home in Ontario for 8 straight days! Almost 100 miles on my vehicle! see attached photos.... I went immediately to his shop on 8/20 to speak with him about my findings, and to pick up my truck. He was shocked to say the least to see me walk in and ask why he was using my truck for personal use! He not only admitted using my truck for that, but he also had to remove his 2 suitcases from my back seats before I left. He also left a trash bag full of trash in my bed as well!!!! The WORST part of this experience is he didnt even do anything of the work I asked him do to on my truck at drop off!!! Oil change wasnt performed, brakes werent checked, and coolant leak wasnt even tested!!! Basically joy rode in my truck for 8 days and was caught RED HANDED thanks to my anti theft recovery device!!! To say the least he has not only lost my personal business, but my friends and family as well.... i referred a lot of business to Als Garage up until this point... I want everyone to see this, and take note that Als garage is not what it seems.... Jesse Del Rio (owner of Als garage) clearly took advantage of me as a former customer, and is likely to do the same to you in my opinion. Dont fall victim to these bad practices as I did.....

Jesse is a great guy!!!! He works promptly has alot of space for cars in his garage, and best of all you cant beat his prices, very honest people!!! Only take my cars to Als garage

Horrible, Jesse is the mechanic here. And while he touts many years of experience, I seriously doubt that. I took my car in because it would not start. Jesse diagnosed it as not being able to start and low engine compression. This was his diagnose. He basically said the car was not worth fixing due to extensive repair that would exceed the cars value. Because I applied to the BAR program which takes a couple a months to hear back from my car sat in my garage for some time ( BAR is state program for salvage ) but the program requires the car to be running. Because of this requirement I to have a mechanic work on car to get it running just enough to get to salvage yard as required. When the mechanic began to work on car he soon realized that the fuel lines had been reversed!! Which is why the car was would start. Jesse is the only other person to work on vehicle. He basically mis diagnosed my car. Caused sever damage to the care. I would not allow the man under the hood of my car. This was gross negligence on this shop. I would stay far away from this garage. He does not know what he is doing. Currently a complaint has been filed with BAR and I am waiting review.
