I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. Our salesman Tom made great recommendations for replacement window to enhance our home. The men who came to install were wonderful. Very professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

It took them at least three months past the time they said it would be install, even though we were being billed for a product that had not been installed. We call them numerous times, the same song and dance, “it has not arrived.” Finally, when it does arrive, the screen is missing. It’s on back order. Again, I had to keep calling. They told me the screen had just arrived. It would be installed in a couple of days. Took off work, got a call that morning. “The screen is still on back order. Not recommending them…

Renewal by Andersen is a high pressure sales operation. Not illegal, but so frustrating. High quality product but unfair pricing thats based on making sales vs preset numbers. We had a sales representative come for an initial consultation. Both homeowners have to be present which should have been a red flag. We sat through an hour of being talked at with samples and slideshows to prove their product is superior. There was no discussion about what were looking for but a process that made us select everything for our final order in order to give us a quote. The entire meeting took 2 hours and at the end we were given an astronomical price well beyond anything else in the market. The experience was infuriating and when we said we didnt want to make a final decision yet the reps attitude shifted from very friendly and professional to irritated. She told us they give a discount if you sign up that day because it takes a lot of time to keep coming back to talk to people. It takes a lot of our time listening to an Andersen history lesson we didnt ask to hear. I suspect the irritation is because once they leave without making a sale, they know they wont make one because there are many more affordable, valuable options and customer service that isnt based on taking advantage of people. We will certainly not be using Renewal by Andersen or recommending renewal by Andersen to anyone.

This is more of a review on the meeting I had with Harold A. My windows haven’t been installed yet but I’ve always heard great things about Andersen windows. Harold was very insightful and knowledgeable about the product. I didn’t feel pressured at all and was very up front about the process and the product. He was able to help me figure out some good solutions. Hopefully all goes well with the installation since I’ll be doing more renovations and would like to come back to work with him as he made it really easy. It would be a shame if the windows didn’t live up to their expectations.

Great presentation, but installation cost before discounts start out 7x higher than retail stores. Just not practical.

Bad! They cut my sidewalk when they were cutting their material for the frame. Made a huge mess in the newly mulched garden, and sprayed installation foam on the plants, and hose corral! So mad! I cant believe a 5 guy crew made such a mess for one window!!

We had excellent communication from the Anderson team. The time to when they thought they could get the installation done was about half of the estimated wait. I got updates regularly form them. Installation team showed respect for my property and my safety. Boots werent worn in the house, masks were on, lots of questions on what they could do to minimize the interruption for me. Very professional and courteous. We really like the finished product. I would definitely use this company again.

Customer service center agents are awful. Spoke to 2, and then a supervisor. All of them gave wrong info (e.g., You need to call Anderson national company - not us, we do not do that work, etc). All UNTRUE. They do the work I needed. They just didnt know what they are saying. Both customer service reps were completely untrained in the type /.scope of work the company can do / does do. Supervisor was not helpful either. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Highly skilled crew removed 9 aluminum clad wood windows with rotted out sills and replaced with Renewal by Anderson in one day. These were on all 3 floors and they protected my carpet and cleaned up inside and out. No worries about rotting wood on these quality windows. Also have several paintings that receive full sun, so the protection against degradation by these windows is an extra benefit of choosing this product.

I’ll just start from the day of installation:-rude installation team-didn’t adhere to Covid protocols-failed to install the screw cap covers on three windows (30 caps missing)-failed to CAULK THE NAIL HOLES on every single window, which quickly led to rust drips on the windows-seemingly used the wrong type of caulk around the windows themselves which caused it to split after only two weeks-we paid for all new pvc knowing there would be rot and only some was replaced-service department, customer service and salesperson were all incredibly difficult to get in touch with. MANY emails and calls not returned.-took TWO months from day of installation to get above problems fixedThese windows are as expensive as a car so to have this many issues, and with bad customer service, is not worth it. The windows themselves are beautiful but I can’t in good faith recommend RBA to anyone.
