I do not recommend this place at all. They are not professional and they are so unorganized. The way they do their logs for the work they do on your car is WAY too confusing and does not make sense, so you really have no way of knowing if you’re actually paying them the amount you’re supposed to pay. They weren’t trying to actually fix the car & the issues wrong with it after the parts were installed. They rushed getting the car done & tried to make it seem as if it were not their fault, which is very unprofessional of a business. It’s not safe to rush a job, NO MATTER WHAT. When you spend thousands of dollars on a job you want excellent service and clear communication; but this place cannot provide that. It’s been such a headache dealing with them. The fact that it took over 2 1/2 months to just get the car parts on and pretty much “push it out their door” was ridiculous, especially when the parts were installed INCORRECTLY.

Ordered a catless downpipe and it never arrived so I drove up to fedex where their customer service said it had been at for a few days. Once I drive up there, they told me the item I was looking for was never shipped and to call phantasm. On the phone with phantasm and I learned they didnt even bother to tell me the dowpipe was no longer being produced while that item is still up on their website. Where is my refund??

Horrible customer service. Called in about a lightbar and the guy was rude on the phone so I came in to get better help. Came in and the Hispanic guy at the desk was not helpful at all and didn’t explain anything and was basically just rushing the process. I came here because I wanted a faster time to get my bar installed but I had better service elsewhere and will not be giving this company my hard earned money. You guys should work on customer service!!!

Had them put some performance parts on new project. They Fit me and did a great job. Coming from out of state to have them work on my project was a great move. Highly recommended 👌👍

This car dealership has an array of high performance cars and family cars as well. They perform many high performance upgrades for their customers. If you need a used car or youre looking for high performance upgrades, you should check them out.

There are a number of things you can get done at this place. What I have known them for since 2000 is Japanese performance. And I know they do Japanese performance very well. I recommend this business for motorsport enthusiasts, and Asian motorsport lifestyle products.

Great shop for car enthusiasts! They dyno tune and perform full service and alignments! The tuner there knows his stuff, from Hondas to Lambos. It was one of the few places I was able to talk about cars and engines with people that knew what I was talking about!If your vocabulary contains words similar to: EJ20/25, B16, FA20, 4AGE, 2JZ etc. This is your shop......FACTS.

I had a great experience here, even though it was supposed to just be a simple dyno run. I asked the owner to just check out the Diablo tuner that came with the car (which I had been unsuccessful at unlocking), and he spent an hour of his time not only unlocking it but putting the vehicle through multiple retests. Out of gratitude, I told him to bill me for his time, he earned my respect. Will highly recommend to everyone I know! Best customer service!

The best for Japanese cars.

I’ve had multiple experiences here and all were great. Very knowledgeable mechanics and professional service. Took my Integra here for some ignition issues a couple of years ago. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I had another issue with my Subaru and they were able to find cause of the problem and fix it within a couple of hours. Awesome business.

*updated 8/8/2011* Few places Id actually rewrite my review for and this is one of them. Unlike the mechanics of most other shops I have seen, the people in this shop actually enjoy working there and they wont hesitate to stay an extra couple hours to get to a customers car. They are courteous and were able to identify and resolve my cars problem at a reasonable price. However, they get backlogged all the time and chances are that you will have to phone in to the progress of your car every now and then. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Got my cold air intakes plus a dyno tune done here on my infiniti, very happy with the outcome. Not only is the work great but their customer service goes a long way too. I keep telling myself Im done with mods on my car, but Im sure Ill be back. I highly recommend.

My daughter took her hynadai sonata here and they never fixed it. They made it worse and never fessed up to it. We have everything documented. They also told her that the car was junk so they can keep it. When I arrived in person all the lies changed. I wouldnt send my worse enemy here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. What mechanic shop has only mechanic?

Got an alignment here, picked it up the next day,Went home put the car on my own lift to Inspect and NONE of my arm adjustment locknuts were tightened.Will not be a return customer

They do good work, however, every single time I bring my Evo X in to get worked on they beat around the bush getting stuff done. It seems like theyre too busy for the amount of staff they have. Or maybe they dont have a big enough garage. Either way its very annoying. Dropping your vehicle off and being told a few days - a week tops then not getting the car back for 2 weeks +. Not a good way to treat customers paying thousands of dollars.If they hadnt done most of the work on the car for the previous owners Id bring it somewhere else.

Took my Caddy CTS Vsport in for dyno and general chat about mods. Hung was incredibly meticulous and technically hyper-adept in the dyno pulls. Both he and Nam spoke intelligently about potential mods. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great guys.

Came in with a bent control arm one time and asked if they could take a look at it, the owner(i believe) took a look without even looking under neath and said, just call your insurance and report it because the whole suspension is damaged. I had been there before and got excellent service and held a conversation with the mechanics. My friends had mentioned their negative experience at this location and said to go somewhere else but i went against their recommendation. While outside i said is their anyway you could just take a look at it then? he pretty much said its about to snow and we need to close the shop. Yes, it was supposed to snow but almost 4 hours later. I then went to Pepboys, which i would never take my vehicle to and asked them if they could confirm a possible bent control arm. They helped me and even took it out for a test drive to be sure. They confirmed my control arm was bent and everything else was ok and to my surprise the inspection was free. So the following weekend i got underneath and changed the control arm my self. I will not do business with Phantasm again.

Ordered a turbo, never received it for a few weeks, called in it had never been ordered was going to try calling turbonetics and call me back the same day, never did, call back a week later, never reached turbonetics and forgot, said Id receive a phone call same day saying when it will be sent, few days later calling back to cancel my order.....
