So my dealings with this dealership have been nothing short of awesome and am EXTREMELY happy to be able to write this review. The reason for such joy goes far past the mere purchasing of a car. This was 1) my first remote out of state vehicle purchase and 2) my sons 17th birthday gift. So needless to say, there was a lot at stake here! So, the purchase was easy peezy-they sent all purchase documents to me overnight via FedEx. I got them signed and notarized the following day and sent them back. I needed the car delivered and they already had an in house delivery service provider...so, again,...easy peezy. The dude I had the pleasure of dealing with from the start was Mario. This dude is TOP SHELF with his customer service and Leith Alfa Romeo/Maserati should be very proud to have him on their team. He kept me informed throughout the entire process I KNOW he had other customers he had to deal with. He never left me sitting out there too long with no information and wondering where the vehicle is at. Secondly, the maintenance shop there was equally amazing. I had already signed all documents and the transaction had already gone through but they STILL held the car back so they could fix a bad axle and rotor. They voluntarily fixed something that they technically didnt have to fix simply because they had enough integrity to do the right thing by the customer. I could not have been more pleased with these people over there in the Tarheel state. Im so thrilled with my new Stelvio! I walked into the Raleigh location during a break from work and was met by Mario Joseph. Told him I wanted to see the Stelvios and had limited time. He walked me to the lot, explaining the different Stelvio models and what each came with. I didnt like the ones on the lot.. I wanted a white one with black/brown interior. He walked me to the back of the sales building and showed me some that had just been delivered. And there was the white one I wanted. Mario did the paperwork quickly and delivered my car to my home the next day. Im thrilled!

Very good buying experience at Leith Alfa with Mohamed Bouita. Traded my 2017 Giulia for a 2021 they had on the lot and felt like the transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. Everything went smoothly and without pressure or hassle. Good sales team all around.

The service department is absolutely awful. They misguided us - did not perform the services as promised- charged us for services that were not performed- damaged a very expensive part just to keep us from getting the car serviced under warranty! Claimed the part was damaged before we brought the car in.. Complete frauds. Very unhappy.

I had been looking from the state of Texas to Miami, FL for my range rover sport (RRSport). I had auto reps in Atlanta, GA trying to win back my return business, but no one had the specific RRSport with the vintage tan interior in their inventory or as soon as I called the vehicle had just been sold. Made a purchase from here on 04/25/20. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Darryl and Mohamed are absolutely the best! I live in Wilmington, 2 hours away from this dealership and I have been looking into trading my vehicle for a few months now. Every where I went the sales staff was pushy and wanted to lowball my trade. I decided to reach out just to see what I could get, not thinking that I would actually buy that day. You can do a nationwide search, but I dont think you will find a better dealership to buy an Alfa Romeo than Leith AR in Raleigh. These guys will give you the best deal for your trade in and get closer to the payment you want to be at (I mean really close as long as it is a realistic one). My salesperson was Tony and he did an excellent job on getting me the deal I wanted. I cant recommend this place enough.

Best car dealership on Capital Blvd. Very honest and patient experience. I can’t stand buying a new/used car but these guys/gals changed the game. They made it a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Jorge took the time to test drive two different vehicles so my wife could decide which one she wanted. GM came out to greet me on both visits. All stay was friend and engaged in conversation. An Alfa Romeo was definitely not on my radar when I was shopping for a new car after my 2 year-old Honda Civic was totaled in an accident. I shopped around for a while before finding an incredible deal to lease a 2019 Giulia (base model + some great options) from Alfa Romeo & Maserati of Raleigh. I emailed the dealership and received a response from Tony Henson within minutes. He was incredibly responsive to my questions, and he guided me through the leasing process painlessly. Despite 17 back-and-forth emails before I ever even set foot in the dealership, Tony was always quick to get back to me, and I never felt like a bother. Once we got the details ironed out, Clare Vossen helped me finalize the lease and get any coverage I wanted to keep the car in tip-top shape through the life of the lease. The process went very smoothly, and it felt more like a collaborative process to help me get comfortable with my purchase, rather than just having a bunch of add-on products shoved down my throat. To cap it all off, when I left, there was a bottle of Prosecco in my passenger seat to celebrate the new car. I probably bought the least expensive new vehicle on the lot, but everyone at the dealership (especially Tony and Clare) made sure it was still a top-notch experience. Ive had the car for less than 24 hours, and Im already in love with it.

Im a soldier in the Army stationed at FT Bragg, NC. Ive been in the car buying market for two months.
