I would give 6 stars if I could. I had a pipe break and flooded my crawl space. ADR was there in less than an hour and cleaned and restored everything. Our insurance was difficult but Eric and his team were there to help guide us through the process. I would HIGHLY recommend American Restoration for any work on your house. I ended up having a home inspection done during the sell of my house. This inspection showed that there was potential hail damage and the roof needed to be replaced. American Restoration came within a day of calling to do an inspection report to send to the insurance adjuster. Once approved they ordered materials (which were delivered within 2 days) and began work a day later. They were punctual, very professional, and did very quality work. They even were able to put a 50 year roofing product in lieu of a 30 year product. If you have any restoration repairs needed make sure to call these guys for a quote.

Let me begin by saying this wasnt my first foray into the realm of water damage from a leaky toilet. I had a different contractor come out previously to fix the damage in my powder room, and I ended up in a worse predicament after their toilet installation failed and caused even more damage than before.We called American Disaster Restoration, and both Eric and Steve promptly came out to assess the situation. They were very professional and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy, so we asked them to take on the project. I dont regret that decision one bit. Eric and Kyle led the project with help from Patrick and Danny, and I was very impressed with how hard-working and good-natured everyone was. No one complained at all, and they treated both us and our house with the utmost respect. You couldnt ask for a better group of workers.Heres the kicker: even though I would have been okay with them painting over the hideous wallpaper that looked like a Shriners hat, they removed it before painting in my chosen color. Plus, they removed the popcorn from the ceiling and now its a beautiful, more modern flat white. I also chose vinyl luxury plank (VLP) rather than tile after discussing my options with Eric, and Im so thrilled with the outcome. It looks absolutely perfect!On top of all of this, their pricing was very fair and they worked closely with my insurance adjuster. Im very pleased with how smoothly everything went, and Im beyond happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend American Disaster Restoration, and I will be calling them again in the future.

We used American Disaster Restoration when our third floor water heater leaked. Eric was very easy to reach and gave a very honest assessment of what needed to be done in repairs. He was patient in explaining things to both me and my husband. The contractors he works with were amazing and worked quickly with good quality. Now we cant even tell we ever had a problem. I was already in contact with another roofer......but he and I were playing phone tag and that was getting old. I needed someone that did what they said that they were going to do. I had a second floor toilet stopped up and overflowed for about 20 minutes. Hard to image how much water can flow during that time. Fortunately it flowed into a bonus room and then into the garage. However the result was ruined carpet, tile, drywall totaling just under $15,000 worth of damage. ADR respond immediately after we shut off the water and began the clean up. Everything was professionally restored to original new condition coordinating with our insurance company. While they did a great and timely restoration job the additional effort is what really stands out. There were several other items they did while they were here that made the final product even better. I own four houses in three different states and consequently have hired many contractors, I can say they are the best firm I have work with. I hope no one else has a similar problem but if you do I highly recommend them to correct it.

They came out immediately when the water heater in our attic leaked, causing damage to the second floor. They cut out damaged ceiling and walls, dried them thoroughly, and repaired everything very professionally. Good to work with. I highly recommend.

I have to say, if you’re ever in a situation where you need this company, be glad because you will be in excellent hands. Eric and his team are top-notch. They come out immediately to assess the damage done. In our case, we had a flood downstairs and had to replace the entire downstairs flooring. Eric came out to address the situation quickly. He was always one step ahead of us and could address questions I didn’t even know I had. His team was friendly and efficient. They came in and got the work done with no issues. We were able to discuss our options openly with the crew. We had one hiccup where it was discovered we needed to remove the concrete subfloor. Luckily, Eric knew of a company who could come in and get it done quickly without making a huge dusty mess. It didn’t extend the completion time much either. The end result was amazing. We even went with Eric’s suggestion on what type of flooring to put in (we wanted LVP and he knew of a brand that would be durable and easy to install). It was a great choice. If we ever run into this situation again.. which, no offense, but I’d rather not.. But if we do, we will absolutely go with Eric and his team. We have been homeowners for years but had never faced expansive water damage....a month after moving into our dream home, a water heater expansion tank in the attic (right?!) sprung a leak.
