MOST EXCELLENT, Dwayne and Leon did a SUPERB job in cleaning up extensive water damage in our home. They were prompt, hard-working, courteous and professional! Mark was SO helpful. A pipe burst in our home on a Saturday evening, and at 10PM he was out at our house, installing dryers and dehumidifiers. He was back the next day pulling up floor boards and assessing damage. Over the weekend, he was working all by himself before getting help on Monday. I dont post reviews but this company needed one. I have never seen a team this efficient, professional, and responsive. When they say they are open 24 hours they really are. We had water damage, and called our insurance company and the owner showed up! Thats right the owner. He walked me through the whole process and showed me where the water damage was. Not only that, he figured out my problem! It was like God had sent an angel. Red is very professional, courteous, and so is his whole team. Patrick I guess the office manager, stayed in communications throughout the whole process. Even during Covid, their efficiency was impeccable. If everyone ran their business like this, we literally would have 0 problems in the world. Words cannot describe the appreciation i have for this team. I think everyone should learn from this business model, and certainly I dont know if its just the people are awesome or the company is awesome. I would say both. Red and his team at 1-800 Water Damage did a wonderful job of mitigating the extensive water damage to our home after a pipe burst in our crawl space. They setup several fans and dehumidifiers, replaced insulation, and disinfected the entire crawl space to prevent mold. They were completely understanding of the stress this situation caused us, were great at communicating their plans, and didnt cut any corners in their work. The crawl space looks like new again and we are grateful for their efforts!

A pipe burst in my bathroom in the Middle of the night and I woke up to 4inches of water covering my entire downstairs. I called Red at around 6am and he answered right away asked what I needed done and sent Dwyane. He communicated how long it would take for Dwayne to arrive and then gave me number for direct contact with him. When he arrived he was punctual, polite and gave me a very clear picture of what would need to be done that day. He immediately sprung into action after telling me what was going to happen and called several other people to help as well. Within a few hours he had a team to pack out the contents of my home, a general contractor, a plumber to fix the pipe and even a dumpster to haul away debris already in route. I would HIGHLY recommend this company over some of the bigger name companies. They always answered when I called and were courteous throughout what was a unbearable time for my family and I. 100% satisfied with the job they did. All of our experiences with 1-800 Water Damage have been great. We had a big leak with lots of interior damage a few years ago, and Red and his team assessed the damage quickly and coordinated demolition and reconstruction, including having floorboards replaced and/or refinished. Twice since then, we feared more leaks, and Red came out to take water readings. He assured us there was no water in the walls both times, and I cant tell you how much peace of mind his judgment gave me. He is pleasant and professional, and I cant say enough about them.

After a pipe broke in our kitchen and flooded our kitchen and basement. We called 1-800 Water Damage and they were extremely helpful with great efficient service, They came promptly and installed the driers and dehumidifiers and checked daily to insure the process was completed. Saved us from having to remove flooring and insured that the structure was dry. Friendly and informative and left no mess behind. Would highly recommend!

If I could give 1000 stars it would not be enough for this awesome company! We live in Charlotte but have a townhouse that we rent in Raleigh. He determined that the problem was caused by leaks in the upstairs bathroom/shower. Justin and two other co-workers were called in to demolish the bathroom to see first-hand the extent of the damage. After the fridge hose sprang a leak and flooded the kitchen, we needed someone to come out and dry everything out and take care of any mold.1-800 Water Damage was prompt, reliable, and professional. We had the personal cell phone number of the man who put in the fans and dehumidifiers and he stopped by daily while they were running, plus we called him when we found a problem with one of the machines.
