Ive not had any work done by them, but someone in my neighborhood is and they like to park in the fire lane so cars really have to thread the needle or drive around the block to get through if anyone is parked in a legal space. All day long for two days so far. Legal spaces all along the cross road as pictured.

Do not use their services. We were assigned Jenkins by our home owners insurance company after we had a water leak. Their work has been poor quality and subpar the whole process. The staff is pushy and more concerned about finish the job than making sure it is done properly. I also dont think they are trained very well. Once the project was complete we had the have them back out an additional 3 times to fix the issues and things never got finished because I got so fed up. We were left with unfinished edges on our baseboards, pain splatter EVERYWHERE, baseboards not put in place, major gaps between baseboards and walls that instead of being redone were just filled with white caulking, floors boards that stick up, floorboards that moved when walked on, light fixtures they put back in were so loose they swung, etc etc etc. Quality and workmanship are clearly two words this company does not understand. I also find it interesting that the owner ONLY responds to positive reviews rather than reaching out the negative ones to fix the problems and make the company better. Very indicative to how the company is managed10/28/19 Update- still have heard nothing from the company. My husband has called them three times to come and finish what they started but have not heard back from anyone. I’m so disappointed

The attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. I have owned several properties over the past 28 years and Jenkins Restorations provided the best support and quality in my experience. To a person, Jenkins has done a wonderful job...first, when two trees fell on our house, and then when we needed other urgent repairs done! I wish to personally thank Ethan Kennon, who has been our General Contractor on all of the jobs. Ethan has gone above and beyond to make sure our jobs have gone as smoothly as possible!Also deserving of special recognition is Robert with Environmental Quality! Robert found me praying on my doorstep when an unexpected problem was found, and he added me to his prayer list. He let me know he was still praying for me and told me that everything was going to be alright. He then personally followed up with me to make sure that things were going smoothly and answered all of my questions. Robert went above and beyond!Every person I have worked with and talked to has been amazing and thorough! I would most definitely recommend Jenkins to anyone. We would definitely use them again if I had another issue arise. I would be remiss if I did not also recognize Otto, Victor, and the crew, Mike, Jose, Josh, and his crew, Gabriel, and Nadia -- all of whom provided excellent follow-up and outstanding quality of workmanship throughout! We were very happy with Jenkins work at a house we had just bought and then had water damage. They dried things out right away and then worked with the insurance adjuster to finalize the claim. Their crews worked hard to meet a deadline we had with being out of our old house. The remodeling they did looks great.

Fast response and great work! They showed up late at night within two hours and went the extra mile to get everything set up to solve our water damage as quickly and thoroughly as possible. They checked in with us everyday to make sure the water removal was going well. Fantastic service!

If youre going to drive a vehicle with your company logo on it, I would suggest not driving like the guy in the black pick-up. Phone in hand on a wet, rainy day and cutting around people like a jerk. Kinda makes your company look bad!

We had a water leak on our second floor that impacted the majority of our house. Our insurance company connected us with Jenkins and I am so thankful that they did. We used Jenkins for the water mitigation (they came out on a Thursday night at 9 pm and stayed until 1 am to make it right). If that didn’t set the tone for the great service we were going to have then getting to meet with our restoration specialist, Ethan, also with Jenkins sure did. Ethan came out right away to evaluate the scope of the damage (which is a lot)! He has coordinated every vendor and item perfectly and has gone above and beyond to assist us and make this as painless as possible. The work is progressing exponentially faster than I expected and the quality has been wonderful. Ethan and Jenkins have taken a miserable, wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy situation and made it not only bearable but easy. I am very thankful for Ethan and his team that are putting my home back together.

Ethan Kennon, our project manager, addressed our questions (of which we had many) and concerns thoroughly, promptly, and patiently! He went above and beyond duty SEVERAL times, including taking time on a Saturday evening to coordinate a service for us so that we could stay on schedule for our pack-in!! He also gained our confidence quickly by showing true understanding of, knowledge about, and appreciation for our situation. Stating that his motto was to never send anyone to our house that he would not send to his own, he hand-picked and coordinated all of the professionals for our repairs. We just cannot say enough good things about Ethan!! He is a true professional and just awesome!!In addition, the Water Mitigation Team (Mike and Jose), Engineer (Adam), and Contents Team (Josh Taylor, Collin, and Crew), roofers, and flooring teams were fantastic and always showed up when they were scheduled! Absolutely the best restoration company.Very reliable, professional, and caring

One of the worst companis I have ever worked with. My insurance company hired them to restore my kitchen, dining room and living room after a dishwasher leak. They took over a year to finish the project because they constantly hired subcontractors to do the work and they did a horriable job. One company would come to my home and makes sloppy mistakes and Jenkins would send anothet conpany out to fix it who created another problem. They finished the job and I have uneven floors, peeling paint and cracking grout. It hasnt even been 6 months!
