I never really do reviews, BUT I just had to share my excitement and happiness with the service that Bobbys Towing and Recovery has provided! As soon as I called, Bobbys Towing was there in less than 10 MINUTES TIME! The service was absolutely amazing, quick, and just really blew me out of the water with how amazing the service was! Usually when im dealing with other towing businesses, the drivers arent as friendly as I would like or there is always some kind of hassle! But with Bobbys Towing and Recovery, all of that changed! Im at a lost for words and extremely grateful to have made the call and to have EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you so much and God Bless you!

I had a deflating tire (with drive flat tires) and the tire shop I pulled into was super crowded, so I left to find another shop and Bobbys Towing flagged me down in 2 minutes to tell me about my flat. Then, the driver (Bobby?) gave me air (and a plug after he found a nail in it that he pulled out) -- without any expectation of a charge (even though I offered). What a good Samaritan! Certainly hope to be able to pay forward this type of kindness and community care soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great customer service! I got a flat tire on I-40, I was stranded with no car jack, and they came quick. Tow guy rebuilt my whole bumper and wheel liner assembly, with only some zip ties and duck tape. I got home safe. My heroes!

A driver of theirs literally just ran me completely off the road driving erratically down the highway and then continued to throw me the bored when I passed him. Literally came inches from my car. Guy had no concern for anyone on the road.

The folks at Bobbys towing are really nice. My daughters car was totalled and brought here. They worked with me and the whole claim process was seamless. Thank you all for making my life a little bit easier.

This company is Unprofessional and Deceptive. I recommend against trusting them with your vehicle.This is what happened to me: Bobby’s Towing let a company take my vehicle…The towing company confiscated my car after an accident I was in (which is reasonable). When I arrived to pick up a Single personal belonging from the totaled vehicle, the gentleman said that before I could touch my car, I had to sign paperwork stating that I was removing something. I signed it and explicitly expressed I would be back the next day to retrieve the remainder of my belongings. Upon arriving the next day, my car was gone! This man had misled me to sign away the rights to my car and everything in it.I don’t know what is in this game for them, but it is cruel. Be worried if they pick up your vehicle. Do everything in your power to be in control of what happens to your car, and with the retrieval of your personal possessions!!! DO NOT Trust Bobby’s Towing !!!(P.S. Fortunately, I was able to call around and find my car in a junk yard 45 minutes away, which I immediately pursued and retrieved what I owned)
