When is this place going to reopen? I haven’t been able to see my child in person to just hug in over 2 years. Thanks in advance. This is going on far too long and you can have visitation safely with COVID Restrictions. 2 years
The company is great and provides a lot of services. The staff is wonderful, except for a few staff; that have terrible attitudes but act nice in front of management. Diversity training is a big issue within the company and the staff are not reprimanded for their behavior in the workplace. They are put on pedestals and get away with pretty much anything imaginable. I experienced habitual conflict with several of the staff members. I decided to resign because I received an email from the administrator speaking unprofessionally about me via work email; that she meant to send to the clinical supervisor. An apology from her was only given and I was advised to move past the incident (along with the prior) and try to win the staffs respect. There was no need to continue working at a place where staff are allow to treat other staff unprofessionally and not reprimanded for their behavior. Prior to the incident, I sought to address the underline issues several times, but no meeting was held. Great company just be mindful of those few staff.
Great place. Caring therapists.
Called looking services for my clients and emailed with no response ever.
This place says they’ll help but u must call for almost a yr before u get any help by then you’ll already be evicted. They don’t pick up the phone and they don’t return your call. If u need medical or bill assistance I advise u to not even waste your time.
A great place for counseling. They have counseling for kids and adults. Very good therapists. Allison burke is a good therapist. The front desk staff is nice.
Counselor Alison helped a student recover from a trauma with counseling for a full year. She was knowledgeable and caring. We both loved her!
This place is so filthy inside. The level of cleanliness is plain terrible. Families who have to go there are experiencing high levels of stress. It would be nice to have a clean place to meet with children that doesn’t remind you of a junk yard. Floors need to be replaced, walls need painting, plumbing can also needs some work. Bathroom fan sounds like it’s about to explode. Dead bugs found in the floor corners. For the amount of money families pay they could at least try to address those concerns.
Ive had nothing but positive experiences with this agency. Phone call was returned the same day, staff is courteous and kind, classes are flexible with several times and days to choose from. A huge asset to our community in my opinion.
I have the best experiences communicating with the staff and Doctor. They are understanding and compassionate.
No one ever answers the phone. Nor do they ever return you calls asap or at all even though the vm claims they will. They keep giving my husband the run around as well. Claiming he has to do this class and another and another before he can do what he needs to. The receptionist shannon was rude to him and basically refused to answer any questions he had. Hes trying to get things in place and they are constantly failing him. He had to go up there to talk to them and pay his fee bc no one answers the phone and apparently everyone has no fingers to return a simple call. If i could give zero stars i would.
Great place, my girls are very comfortable with everyone there !!
Every techniction is knowledge and pleasant and goes above and beyond furnishing customer service.
Ms.Tillman helped me and Im glad she did.God bless her.Wish there was more resources in NC
TFS does an amazing job helping families in crisis in the Triangle
With all due respect to the previous comment (regarding the suicide), all psych/counseling services do not cure everyone. Sometimes people give up. Im very sorry for her loss, but in my experience, the people at TFS really care about their clients.
