Have been trying to get a hold of them since beginning of February have sent over all forms needed for my workmans comp via email and I keep getting responses that they can not open my emails, even though I have sent them to myself and even my husband to see if he can open the documents and we both could with ease, so Im not sure why the NCIC is stuggling. Ive attempted sending faxes to numbers provided and they all say No Answer. I also have sent various emails to the persons that are supposed to help me and no response. Ive been on the phone multiple times for over an hour and no one picks up. They are terrible!

Our Company received a notice stating that we didnt have Workers Comp Insurance and to please mail them a declaration of coverage from our policy with their notice... mailed them declaration page showing proof of coverage with their notice. They call to tell me that unfortunately I could have printed that declaration page off of a made up word doc. and it could be counterfeit. and that I need to call our insurance company and figure out why our policy isnt showing up in THEIR system.. Im sorry.. but if you didnt want me to send in the declaration page, why did you send me a notice asking for it and WASTE MY TIME?! Im also sorry that Im not going to call my insurance company and figure out why our policy is not showing up in YOUR system. That sounds like its YOUR issue. Not ours. Carry on.
