Since they have taken over, they are very attentive to our needs. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The renewal process went smoothly, thanks to them! I cant say enough about this company and especially the folks I worked with.I needed a rental while my new house was being built and I found Foursquares listing online. It was undetermined how long I was going to be there so I wanted to make sure the home was a good fit. Ahmad was great at helping me find the right place and get me set up quickly. The process was simple and straightforward.The high quality of service really hit after I moved in. Although there were only a few small issues that popped up, they were quick to respond and rectify them. If there was something going down in the neighborhood, HOA scheduled maintenance, or anything of consequence, I was never left in the dark.The communication was excellent, online account management without flaw and the property was maintained above and beyond expectations.If I was ever in the need for another rental, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to them again. Highly recommended.

The only time I even think about Foursquare is when I get an email saying that the rent has been deposited in my account. This is a great thing! Ive not had to worry about my rental nor have I had to follow up on anything with Ahmad. Hes easy to work with and very upfront. Ahmad is proactive and known what hes doing. I had to leave the city on short notice and Ahmad made sure the house was tenant-ready after I left and rented it out in a very short period. His walk through inspections are also very through with extensive photos and inventory notes.

I have been very impressed with Foursquare Property Management. We have worked exclusively with Ahmad, and he is always prompt with his responses. Also, I love the tenant/owner portal that Foursquare uses. We are able to view and pay our monthly rent, as well as request maintenance. This is a fabulous company and I cant refer them enough.

There was NO correspondence for anything. I contacted about the property I applied for with every number, left messages-no response. I’m surprised this is even a real company with good reviews because no one even took the time to answer any voicemails, questions, or concerns. The property is no longer available and did not even get warning or notice that we didn’t get it. Thanks!!!
