Avison Young has really turned around the property where our family business resides. Maintenance people (especially, Joe!) are so on top of things that issues are fixed the day we notice them. Their attention to detail is a step above the rest and we are so glad they manage our shopping center!

People in the nearby neighborhoods were excited about the new development on Wake Forest Road near Mami Noras coming to the area. This was a premium site, and it presented an excellent opportunity to enhance the community and increase property values by adding desired retail space.Unfortunately, the horrible design and cheap construction created an outdated stripmall that most closely resembles a poorly designed storage unit. This stripmall is so uninviting that it will be extremely difficult to attract any desired retail tenants.Its astonishing that a location with such potential can become almost worthless to the community by poor development decisions.
