I was not able to use their services as I was looking for a inkjet repair technician and they dont service those. However I am leaving a 5 star review because the lady that answered the phone was super nice and willing to give me some pointers on my future purchase. I felt she was trustworthy and when I apologized for asking too many questions about the industry of printer contracts and such, she just said, You should have no shame in researching your purchase diligently ahead of time and trying to not make a mistake. I am sure if you need some work done or are looking to buy a used printer from them, that she would at the very least be trust worthy based on my experience speaking with them on the phone.
