The support and products are fantanstic -from the sales representative to IT and customer support. We have leased both the Savin and Konica Minolta - the devices are user friendly and the support from the company is amazing (considering good customer service is hard to come by these days). My company has used CEI for several years, and although I only started about 8 months ago, Blake has reached out at least 5 or 6 times (once as an in-person hello at the beginning of my job so that we could both put a face to a name) just to make sure everything was going fine and our needs have not changed.
