My organization has recently worked with Regus at North Hills, Raleigh and has had a fantastic experience. The service and trouble shooting has been excellent. The customer service is great! The managers have been very responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with. All questions and challenges weve had with setting up an office have been addressed promptly and with a great attitude. We look forward to a long relationship.
The people who manage this place are terrible. When you try to cancel your account, not only do they ask you for a 30 days in advance notice (even on a floating desk), but they try to hook you in for services you dont need. Its all done online and super tricky to even cancel. Feels worse than getting our of a Dish Network contract.I will never do business with Regus again. Their customer service is very poor and the office is overpriced.
