On my visit to Raleigh this week, my workspace arrangements fell through at the last minute on a day that I had several virtual meetings scheduled. I was so fortunate to get connected with Deven and Industrious in Charter Square. On short notice, Deven was able to meet with me, give me a tour of the beautifully furnished, fully equipped and airy office space that is Industrious Charter Square location, and then showed me to my office for one in time for me to make it to all of my previously scheduled meetings. I really appreciated the quality of the workspace with plentiful outlets, strong wifi, and office enclosures that allowed for taking meetings without headphones. Additionally, the Industrious space at Charter Square comes with all the amenities of a high-end office - stocked kitchen space, complimentary coffee and tea bar, very clean and comfortable restrooms, and conference and meeting space that can be booked for larger meetings and gatherings. This was such a serendipitous experience and I very much look forward to my next visit to an Industrious space in the near future!

Their price point was great and the services they offered - like breakfast for our participants - went above and beyond anything we expected. Of my experiences working in co-working spaces, Industrious Raleigh has been one of the best. The office space is clean, modern and in the heart of downtown. The common spaces are functional, and regularly stocked with amenities (coffee, water, sodas, snack, tea, etc.)The staff, especially Josh and Devon, are very friendly and take the time to get to know the companies and employees. They do a great job of creating a fun work environment through activities, themed happy hours, games and more. They go above and beyond to support the companies and employees that are a part of Industrious and I cant praise the space or staff enough!

Ive been a tenant for almost 2 years now and have been wowd by every iteration of the customer service team. Breakfast every morning, snacks every afternoon, a clean and tidy work space, happy hours, and little touches that make the place warm and welcoming. Im in a client-focused profession, so its paramount to me to have a comfortable space for my clients to come visit and they are always happy to come here!

The Industrious team works hard to keep the space tidy, fun, and energetic. They will often go out of their way for their tenants with small and large gestures and are so friendly and easy to get along with! My favorite activity is the Thursday Happy Hour which is often accompanied by a signature cocktail of the week along with a fun social activity. The amenities, staff, and location are what keeps our business here. Come check it out!

Casey, Josh, and Devon are absolutely fantastic! The events they put on are engaging, the food provided is excellent. They have gone out of their way to accommodate our office needs. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience working at Industrious!!

I popped in to work on a Friday afternoon while visiting Raleigh for work. The team here was super friendly and accomodating and I was able to easily jump in and get to work. Great atmosphere and Ill definitely look into working here next time Im in town.

This place is great! We checked out other co-working spaces and this was clearly the best option. Casual, yet very professional. The staff is excellent, the office attracts a wide range of businesses, some of which we are already working with. Social events are a nice perk. Ive worked in 3 other coworking spots previously and none compare to Industrious. The staff are amazing -- friendly, very responsive, and always willing to help. Im always impressed by Industrious great taste... in interior design, decor, down to the coffee, healthy snacks, and alcohol they serve at Thursday afternoon happy hour. Everything is on point. I didnt realize what a pleasure itd be to work here.

We love the coworking space in the Industrious downtown Raleigh location. The environment is very professional, which is sometimes hard to find in coworking spaces. The staff does an amazing job! LOVE IT!!! The space feels crisp and clean. When you walk in you feel like your apart of something from out of this world. Coffee is great. Staff is really nice.

Breakfast, snack time at 2, and events all the time, is but the icing on the cake. Professional environment, friendly staff, and quality service 24/7, with the coolest place in town being the office is the cake. Not to mention the amazing people that work all around us.

Industrious Raleigh is a great co-working space. The facilities are top notch andthe staff is beyond phenomenal.They do a great job with weekly events, great coffees, snack, and such.All of the fellow co-workers I have met, are great and friendly.You cant beat the location!

I love being in Industrious! Tons of natural lighting, which helps to take away from the lull of working a desk job. The breakfast options are always delicious, and they keep the coffee pot full (absolutely critical haha). Jessica, Josh, and Deven are SO nice -- they plan great events and are always open to suggestions for new events. The space is super clean, which is surprising given how many people share it! The only downside is the parking situation (theres an underground deck beneath the building and you have to pay $7/day to park in it), but thats unavoidable when working downtown. I wouldnt say its bad enough to deter me from wanting to work within the Industrious space, though!

Industrius is the perfect combination of professionalism and comfort, the environment truly feels like you can make it your own and be excited to come to work every day. The community managers make the space incredibly inviting, and a happy hour and dedicated snack time are a welcome bonus!

Worked here a few days while meeting with a friend. Its in a perfect location, and extremely well-run. Great place to have a cup of tea, sit by the windows, and be productive.

I see lots of great reviews but I wanted to also tell people the other side of the story from someone who worked there. First of all, parking is a nightmare down there. Sometimes you get notices that they street is closing and sometimes you dont. If you have clients that will be meeting you in the location, then its not a conducive environment. I was never able to secure a monthly parking space either. Second, HVAC is scheduled off after 5pm and also on Saturdays and Sundays. Dont expect to move in and all of a sudden find a large group of people to trade business with. Most offices at only 40% occupied during the day and even then most people generally stay in their space with the door closed for noise. January, they took half of the common area and put a stairwell in it going down to the second floor. Then they added three offices on the third floor from what was left of the common area. All this drastically cut the amount of common area for the sake of financials. I never had this problem but in your lease is a statement that you agree to a $100 NSF charge if you ever bounce your EFT for monthly rent. That sets a gouging perception. Food is great just like other reviewers noted. They tried to jack up the rent and lots of people left so Ive noticed rent is down about $250 for a one person office.
